It is what it is.. could use friendlier employees and ask to help costumers if they need help in finding what they are looking for, but other then that. Nice, affordable store

I was at the Ross store at 22nd and Harrison a very large woman who said she was the manager wouldn't give me her name I waited for a while for somebody to come unlock the purse so I could see how much it opened out and when she came over she was very rude and she said she wouldn't unlock it unless I was buying it and I said I would just like to see how much it unfolded. She said you can see it there she wasn't going to help me at all and was very rude in front of other employees. I said obviously you're not going to help me or even be nice . I'm going to contact corporate- go right ahead she said good you do that I will call them first. Mind you this is all over a $39 purse was not like this was some great expensive name brand purse. she was laughing and talking to me all the way out the door what kind of a person does something like this.?With what's going on in our country this is very sad that it came from supposedly the manager. Can you only imagine if you had to return something. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work with her. I will never shop at that store again

I was treated very poorly by the female manager as well as two employees working the cash register. I spent an hour picking out clothes and I wanted to tried them on. Both fitting rooms, at the front and the back of the store were closed. I stood by the cash registers, a young Male cashier (wearing a brown hoodie) looked at me and didn't even acknowledge me; just went back to what he was doing. I asked at loud "can someone please open the fitting room?" and a young female cashier wearing a hat that said "Republic" something on it said that they were closed and that's it. When I said that I spent an hour picking out clothes and I'd like to speak to a manager, she said "yeah" in a snarky, condescending tone of voice. The manager was super unprofessional too. She said the fitting room in the front of the store was closed because someone sick was in it and the ones in the back were closed because they were understaffed. They were under-staffed yet the manager was leaning her body against store furniture while chatting up with one of her cashiers as I was checking out a pair of pants. I told her about all of this but she wasn't interested. I am writing this review to make sure I don't ever shop at this store as I felt down right disrespected. I'll go where my money is appreciated. Great trip to Ross. Boys got a couple of clothing pieces to add to their closet. They love them. I got an upcoming present for my Granddaughter. I also got the dog a really cute toy which she loves. Employee's were really nice.

Well, you can't try things on right now but you can return if items don't fit. I took a shot on 2 dresses, 2 pr shorts and a top. All fit fine, actually, 1 dress a little big in the bust but easily remedied. Yippee! New clothes. A a big tote w/snap closure.

Store was fairly well-stocked despite the pandemic. Lots of great prices and fun things i didn't even know i wanted! Stscf were using safety protocols. Hours open at 9 on weekends. I found candles, clothes, rugs, furniture amd kids toys!

During these crazy times, it's nice to go to a place that ensures it's customers are safe. The store itself is always clean; something I've always appreciated about this particular store compared to the others. Another thing I love about this place is that the items are ALWAYS in their place. It's not like other Ross stores where clothes are on the floor or hanging in places they shouldn't be. Huge shout out to the friendly staff making sure that it stays clean and a safe place to shop!
