This was my first experience with Mobile Mini. I knew nothing other than I wanted a container for storage. The level of customer service I received was impeccable. I worked with my local rep, Harlow, and she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond when the container I was looking at had been rented by someone else. She made everything so easy, answered all my questions, and followed up. Communication was great. The delivery was seamless. Danny, the driver, was so nice. I spoke to him several times before he delivered the container. It's not often that one has such a great customer service experience that I HAD to share how great they all were. I'm absolutely in love with the container Harlow helped me get, the 10 x 25. I highly reccomend this company, Harlow, Danny, they're all head over heels AMAZING!

If there we a way to give "0" stars, I would. The worse customer service I've ever had. The Tucson Management have no idea how to manage a business. I wouldn't recommend this company for any reason.
