Ross need's to step up there game, After the pandemic, it's gone down hill. Store is alway's empty, and has outdated clothes, shoe's, purse's, and the perfumes are horrible. I'm over this store unfortunately.

Bright, clean, well-lit store located in a larger shopping plaza. Ample handicapped and regular parking directly in front of the storefront. Handicapped accessible with wide, easily navigated interior shopping aisles. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. As an odd-lot discount store, product availability and selection can be hit-or-miss, but pricing on in-stock merchandise is very reasonable. Large selection of women's and children's clothing but men's wear choices are more limited. Overall, a good shopping experience.

I had stopped coming to Ross due to their prices being so high lately. Also this store was cut in half leaving very little merchandise to choose from. I needed something urgently and they were the closest so I gave it another try. Although I was still not impressed with their prices, I was with the lady at the fitting rooms in the back. She was extremely attentive and courteous. I asked her to keep my selections until I came back later that day and sure enough, she had them ready to go and remembered me when I came back later that day. She definitely made my experience that a pleasant one.

Stood in line to have the male cashier completely blow us off to wait on the lady VERY CLEARLY behind us in line. His only excuse was that she was in line. Will never shop here again. The male cashier is more focused on flirting with female customers than completing transactions for the store. On a brighter note Paula the cashier was great.
