This store has staff all over the store eager to help you. They helped me find what I needed on line because they didn’t have it in the store! Everyone I ask for help is really willing to help and does their best! I have never had to wait! When I returned something that I had gotten on line, there was only one person there helping another customer. A few more people got in line behind me. Within a second or two, there were five more people ready to help us! It’s so refreshing! This is my new favorite store!

Always seen on social media how innocent people get racially profile but never expected for this to happen to me, My visit to this location was to return a car seat I purchased online for my toddler, As I stood in line at the customer service location, there was 2 registers open, each register was taking care of customers and 1 lady in front of me waiting, when all of a sudden I had one of the target employees on one of the registers ask me in front of 5 customers to please stand in the red circle 🔴 on the floor, I was baffle by the request since the 6 foot rule in hardly applied now, I brushed it off I paid no mind, as both registers were done with the customers I was next in line, one of the registers said next and the one who asked me to stand properly stayed quiet, I proceeded to return my items with the lady who had a issue with me not standing in the red circle, as I approached her, she said did you not hear Brenda calling next, again she said did you not hear Brenda say next, I responded with what is wrong, do you not want help me, you had a issue with where I stood and now you refuse to help me, is it the color of my skin, what TELL me what exactly did I do? I ask to speak to a manager and to my surprise she said am the manager but you can speak to the store manager. He arrived and I explained the situation and he said, you were not racially profile because am Hispanic too and she doesn't treat me that way, come on you really think she is going to treat you like she treated me, you are her boss which can cause her job. I love target and 1 bad apple doesn't have to ruin it for the everyone. BRENDA was awesome and de-escalated the situation with her kindness and professionalism. Mr. District manager I hope this issue gets resolved.

Target was the only place that I could find locally that sold doggy diapers. My dog went into her first heat and those things were needed!! Target is always very clean as well and has so much good stuff.

I enjoyed my time here at this Target finding the things I needed as well as my dinner for the night. Traffic here isn't too bad even when you consider the students coming from UCF. Be careful when its night though as it can get kind of sketchy around here. In conclusion, this was a nice Target with spacious aisles and a big parking lot. 5/5

I would like to recognize Brenda at Target for her exceptional customer service. She approached us out of nowhere without us asking for help to see if she could help us with some heavy boxes that we were purchasing. She then went and got a flat bed cart and transported our items to the customer service area for check out. She then coordinated two guys to help us put these heavy boxes into our SUV outside. Thanks Brenda!!!

Really clean, and neat Target. Their grocery section has some items that I only grab from Target, instead of other places. Their frozen selection has expanded, as well as, selections from around the store. Have never had an issue with customer service at this location, they always go above and beyond for the customer, even if it isn’t me, I noticed an employee helping an elderly woman pick out a Tv, the level of patience the employee had was wholesome.

I've had some pretty negative experiences at this Target. Today was the most annoying. Firstly they never have any cashiers on duty. They only have the self checkout line which is always extremely long, and you usually see team members just standing around near the front chatting it up. This morning I had a large amount of attitude from one of their team members named Jen when she asked for my ID at self check out at 9 A.M. May 26th. It was as if she was annoyed already because she had to go help a customer instead of just standing getting paid. I told her my birthday, and told her that I'm not going to get my ID out of my truck. That I've never had to show ID for children's cough medicine. I am a single dad who had to take my sick son to the store with me so I wasn't planning on showing ID. She then proceeds to tell me well I need to see an ID, but then puts my birthday into the computer so I can purchase the product. She then keeps going on about how I should be showing her an ID rudely to me in front of other customers, and my son while walking away after already "helping" us. I told her this would be a lot easier if they kept a cashier lane opened. She replied "well too bad". Then tells everyone have a good day as they leave but my son, and I. That was extremely petty, and it's not fun having to explain to a child why someone was rude, and didn't say have a good day to you specifically out of everyone else. I would rather take my business elsewhere, and almost considering avoiding Target stores completely. Especially with how this specific target has gone back in terms of customer service, and friendliness. Not in just the specific situation, but in general.
