Do not go here to get your chain saw repaired. They charge you $75 to change a $5 part and say it takes an hour. They don’t even tell you ahead of time they do it and then charge you. It only took 2 min. To take off a bolt and one screw and then you pop the part out. What a scam.

Great locally owned Ace Hardware! Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I go whichever employee helps me is so pleasant. If you want to see what customer service used to be like, you need to go to FL Davis Ace Building Center.

Nice store , and the employees are great the ho out of there way to help u , the down side very expensive, no other Hardware store in town , so unless u can justify driving to Searcy are Conway there about 25 percent pricing

The staff inside the actual store is pleasant. The staff working the lumberyard is very rude. It's a bit expensive. They definitely know they're the only game in town.

We just moved to town and walked into this wonderful store with amazing staff. Glen met us down the paint aisle and stayed with us the entire time we shopping getting us everything we could have need for our new home purchase. The ladies at the counter and young man answering the phone were exceptionally helpful as well. We love our new hometown hardware store! Thanks and keep up the great work 😃
