Dumb slow cashier lady was rude and didn’t know what she was doing , customer service was trash 🗑 from both the register and the ladies who prepared food . Took 15 minutes to get one gordita prepared people please save your time and energy and go to another nearest michoacana avoid this one ! Second time coming here and the same service is bad

First of all there were two people outside asking foe money saying that they just got here from México. One of them looked very high. No breakfast tacos at 11am on a Sunday. The food available did not look appetizing and there was no coffee. We had to ask twice for the coffee to be refilled because the cashier said they were very busy and we had to wait. Why don't they have another person in charge of refilling the coffee, preferably someone that's not handling money? The carnitas had a lot of fat on it. It seems like they need more employees.

The store was small and exactly what I expected from this supermarket. The cashier was friendly although there was a language barrier. The women working behind the hot food counter were impatient and rude and seemingly didn't want to help me. I understand there was a language barrier but kindness is universal. I received help from the cashier to purchase food from the counter. The beef gordita was good but I couldn't eat the chicken gordita due to the meat being too dry. I won't visit this location again.

The food is delicious, and the whole place is very clean, and you should see the meat market, don't miss out on the marinated meats!!!! BBQ TIME!!!!!😁😁😁😁

My husband and I frequently go to the michoacana, and we have never had an experience like we did at this location. The two ladies behind the hot food counter were very slow. They told my husband that they didn’t serve items that were on their menu and then told him our food only came with salsa, but gave us none. The lady at the checkout was nowhere to be found, I later saw her roaming the store talking with other employees,and when she did arrive at the checkout, she was on her phone. We went in for carnitas and tacos. It took us 35 minutes to get and pay for our food. I am very disappointed and will not return to this location.

My son bought a package of caldo veggies and when we opened the package the corn was full of mold and the squash was bad as well. We call the store to let them know that the produce they where selling was bad and the register lady was extremely rude said it was my son’s fault and not theirs. They told us to come back to get a new package (spend more time and gas) and when we get the new package in the produce are it was moldy as well. My son takes it to the same register lady to show her that yet another package had mold and she immediately had someone replace it with a fresh new package. I do not understand how they can overlook and continue to sell moldy food. She also said she signaled my son that the first package had mold but that he said nothing (my son said she did not signal or say anything to him) but this means she noticed it and still sold the produce like that. This same store gave me moldy cheese from the meat area but I noticed it on time and they gave me a new package. Horrible service

DISAPPOINTED FOUND ROACH on DECEMBER 16 2020 ** I attempted to add the photos of the roach on the food but google only published my receipt. I posted a review on yelp with ALL THE PHOTOS!** I bought 2 plates of breakfast this morning and for the price I thought it's a steal...I guess there is a reason it's so cheap. I am enjoying my breakfast and added my huevos con chorizo to my tortilla and found something black and found half a roach! I was disgusted and disappointed I was really excited to make this my go to spot but HELL NO! I bought more groceries and honestly I'm scared to eat it. Can't wait for the Michocana on 99 to open!!! I'm so disgusted even thinking about what I ate! Leaving this review so management can see this and I hope can better their cleaning and food safety!

Decent Michoacana. Customer service is sometimes lacking especially in the taqueria section of the store. We've had employees just ignore us there. The butcher however is awesome. Whoever is working they always give excellent service. Decent produce, and a good selection of pan dulce. Tortilla selection is a bit lacking, but no big deal there. Overall a very clean, well managed store.
