I was able to pull right up and get the best wash. They used soap on a brush wand to get the bugs off my windshield. Great clean.

Washed our cars here three times, and each time the highway grime was still left on front of our vehicles, and back of mirrors. Safe to say we've learned our lesson, and won't be back!

Employees are friendly & helpful. The robo type wash didn't clean the vehicle as well as I had hoped, but I bought the monthly subscription to try it a few more times. One can cancel anytime so I'll give it a month! 🙂

This car wash was definitely the worst I have ever been too! $25.00 to make my truck even dirtier than I drove it in. Thick black grease all over the truck and the windows. The people that work there were no help and didn't care, they did absolutely nothing to correct the problem and wouldn't even refund my money. Stay away from this place if you care about your car. Sad that there are businesses like this that take advantage of people.

Staff is really kind and answered questions I had throughout my membership. I paid for the highest membership level, which was $45 per month with the best wash and free vacuums. As long as I went a couple times per month, it easily paid for itself. I went once per week. The one thing that I had trouble with was cancelling my membership. I moved and I was unable to cancel online and I had to make a couple visits to the location where I signed up to cancel in person. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice for the user experience to be improved upon from the website / app side of the business.

I’ve been using Car Wash America for almost a year they are great. When our car was in the body shop for repairs the guys there knew me and let me take the rental car through the wash. These guy are amazing and so helpful. I recommend them highly. Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Not happy that their car wash broke the passenger side mirror on my 2015 Toyota Camry. I now have to wait on their company to contact me via email in hopes they repair my car. I used to be an Express Pass customer across town at their other location and have never had a problem there, on any of my often bi-monthly visits. Today, this location Albert Pike broke my mirror.
