Have to say, Gary C. at AT&T was quite possibly the best experience with customer service I've ever had with this phone service! Got me set up with Directv stream in little-to-no time, helped me figure out some billing issues and offered to help me get set up with an install for home internet. Service has been far better than my service with Verizon ever was. This is the second time I've been with AT&T in the last 15 years, and it is still the best cell phone provider I have been able to find that fits my needs.

Customer service in this store is first rate. Alex is knowledgeable and very personable! As I waited for my turn, I watched her treat each customer with kindness and respect. I listened as she took the time to help someone with their new phone and explain how everything worked. As someone over 65, it is nice to find a young person who is patient with my non-tech generation. I traveled 45 min from home to use this store, because I had heard about how good her customer service was. I was so glad that I did!
