Service department is excellent. Go see Daniel. The mechanics are quick. The cost of everything was a little extra imo. I think they should add a touch to make me feel better, and I think most people would appreciate if they vacuumed the carpet and washed the vehicle and cleaned the windows. Seems like those touches aren’t being offered even though they are charging more. I don’t appreciate being charged for a 2.5 hour fee that only took an hour.

(A third row for my kids to ride comfortably with an affordable payment) David Lee was a WONDERFUL salesman. I am so thankful for the amazing team they have here, and I absolutely love my new car!!! The loan manager Chris was extremely personable and very easy to work with. Even after the fact he worked to make my experience as easy as possible. The staff went above and beyond to make our buying experience the best you could hope for. They were personable and knowledgeable. This was the best buying experience we've ever had because of the incredible customer service. We drove 4 1/2 hours and didn't regret it for a second. Went in for a service recall on my brake lights. I asked if they could also change the oil. He said yes but the wait would be about 2 hours as they were very busy. I may have waited an hour. Very friendly staff who were easy to talk to.
