When me and my boyfriend went in there yesterday to get new phones. We were turned away instantly. We walked in there and talked to a short girl with gauges and Burnett curly hair. She wouldn’t even let me talk, cut me off and said no, since you don’t have already have an account through us, you can’t do it. Like ummm, I know that. I was going to set up a new account with ATT, bc it works the best out where I live. So I went to Springdale at the ATT on Thompson st and they said that they didn’t understand why they would do that: Idk but they were extremely rude. And I won’t go back. I’ll make the extra drive to Springdale for those guys up there. Go check out Thompson st in Springdale and talk to Roger, Rickey, and Erick

I hate to even have to post this review, however I hope this is possibly noticed and the correct response is taken. My father-in-law and I were in the need of some minor bug fixes with his IPhone 11. After working in the cell industry for a few years, I knew this would be an issue that would need to be corrected in store. That’s where we made my first mistake… Upon entering, there was no greeting, no question if we could be helped. After having to ask to be helped (Fun Fact: we were the only people in store) I finally was able to get the manager up out of her seat. It must have been break time, or she just doesn’t care to do her job. Regardless, without opening my account or so much as even looking at the device, she rudely told us to “hard reset it yourself, and if that doesn’t fix the issue go to Best Buy!” Then sent us out the door, resolving nothing!!! Well good news for Best Buy, after this awful interaction I’m taking my $700 a month payment and avoiding this store like the plague! If you want fair and decent business, be sure to avoid this place!

Alaina at AT&T helped us with all our phone needs. She was very knowledgeable and did not mind calling to verifying information when she was unsure. I appreciated that level of transparency. Even when our situation turned out to be beyond her and was a credit issue she didn't make us feel bad about it. She has very good customer service skills.

Luke helped us get on the new plan and was super helpful! There was a ton of people there, I think they should hire more people, but he was still helpful even though it was probably really stressful with no help

I recently went in with my wife to get new phones and start a plan. Alayna provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. We love our phones and the accessories we got with them.

Went in to get two new sim cards. The sales guy who helped us, was the most unfriendly fellow. Poor guy needs to get another job if he's that unhappy. We'll be finding another store. 1 star because we got what we came in for.

I was told the phone I wanted was in stock. We asked the clerk 3 times if she was sure, she went to the back twice. So, we paid off an installment plan to upgrade and the phone was not in stock. I told her I didn't want to mail order and she told me a refund was not possible. So I went ahead with the mail order and then the clerk didn't even do the trade in that I requested at the beginning. I was almost late for work by the time I was done. I was very upset. And now I have to go back and finish the trade in process so that I don't have to pay the entire phone price. I just wish the clerks were better trained and didn't lie to make a sale.
