I ordered my food and the lady brought my order quickly and I tipped her and she gave me my change. I counted it and it was $1 over so I pressed the button again and explained my situation and she said that doesn't happen to often, how nice of you, I responded ( treat people tha way you wanna be treated), and have a blessed day. Got food poisoning from a chili dog, lost 4 days on a vacation, but looking down through the comments all they'll do is give a stock answer to everything wrong without fixing it. I looked down through the comments and all they do is change the names, which tell me they never see this, just gets a stock answer from a computer

Its way over priced. The food is bad, the only good thing on the menu is the milkshakes. They don't try or put focus into making the food. And it tastes gross.

Good food, though I did get a hamburger that wasn't hot. Was on the cold side of warm. Service is fairly decent without undue waiting.

Food's pretty frequently wrong. Sends out a red, white, blue slushie today w the lid hanging half off and a piece of plastic dangling in it. Go to put the lid on it it's overflowing gets all over my car strawberries to the brim. Got a meeting to go to now my clothes are ruined. Car is covered in stickiness. The drinks exterior is covered and sticky the lid won't go on as strawberries just gush out in every direction. Call em out takes forever to bring me napkins. I complain their lid don't fit and got me covered. They say sorry and that's about it. Pretty sure I got charged full price on happy hour too.

Seems to be a roller coaster of improvement and needs improvement depending on which workers are scheduled. There's no consistency with the food preparation and lack of care or customer service is overwhelmingly terrible. It seems most of the time the employees are managing the manager and there's no control over what is going on while staff is "working" At night, it's simply party central inside the store and if you get severed the correct order, prepared well, and in a timely manner considering yourself very lucky, you may want to visit the casino with luck like that... There are a few superstars on customer service and in actually caring about doing a good job while the majority is there it seems to ride the clock and collect a check, figure out plans for the evening, or talk about the people waiting for whatever it is to be served that's supposed to be the order. A few weeks ago I ordered a sandwich minus tomato, said that statement 3 times to the employee... needless to say I had to send the sandwich back 4 times because well the lack of care from the younger staff about whether someone has a food allergy or whether they could face severe penalties even jail time for serving that which was told not to include and caused a reaction to a customer. They of course laugh behind closed doors at bring the sandwich back out, the sane sandwich minus the tomato but including tomato seeds, then again same sandwich with tomato lettuce, then again with tomato juice bun...finally an entirely new sandwich minus tomato which should have been done in the first place...it would have saved so much time and frustration on everyone's part. But basic training for the position, lack of care for the job, a matter of fact lol attitude, and lackluster job performance seem to be the standard at this establishment where recent changes in management was thought to bring a new wave of changes for the customers of Sonic of Star City...what we got was same old song and dance, different date on the calendar... and frankly peopke are just tired and giving up on having any real options in this town especially when what we have can't even function or maintain as a high quality, customer service driven, community focused, and overall great resturant chain that puts smiles on faces for those factors and not because it's funny to staff to not do so in the first place.... laugh it up, one day when there are absolutely no choices other than what's in your fridge at home... some might reflect on the commitment it takes to help keep a community thriving not dying!

Store wasn't busy, only 3-4 cars. The first hamburger, the hamburger patty looked and tasted "old", and the cheese was so hard, it was inedible. The cook didn't know the difference between mayo and mustard. Fortunately, we hadn't gotten very far and were able to return and received a fresh, correctly made sandwich. Last thing, if you ask for "light or easy ice" in your drink, your cup will be packed full of ice
