Counter employees only spoke Spanish. Only the manager spoke English and she was in the back counting the money for the top of the hour routine. Coffee only available in the morning even though I requested it instead of my drink. Drink fountain stopped working and nobody on duty could explain why. The double cheeseburger I ordered tasted only average and the fries were cold. This restaurant should be advised to keep coffee brewing even after the mornings or make some sort of trade agreement with the Starbucks across the street. Next time I'll just grab a bite to eat at the Starbucks instead of this Burger king.

If you are looking for coffee with a bite to eat, don't go here. Check out McDonald's across the street or Starbucks for a bite to eat. They serve coffee all day and night. Also the only person who spoke English was the manager. All the other employees only spoke Spanish.

I went a total of 3 times in the morning and the person taking my order didn't understand English enough to get my order correct. 2600 Long Beach blvd. The staff is rude. Women at drive thru window made my son get out and come inside to get his food. The women seemed to be acting in a managerial capacity. Won’t be back!

They lied and said manager took the bathroom key home and won’t let me use the bathroom even when I said I had emergency!!! Go use McDonald’s bathroom…she said! How about never buy BurgerKing anymore…ONLY McDonalds from now on!!! No wonder they have such LOW rating!!!

3.5 overall. Went through the drive-thru. Ordered the Whopper with cheese no onions combo meal size small. It was $12.12. Pretty pricey for a burger combo. Overall, my Whopper was good and a good size. Pretty filling. Fries were hot and crispy. Because of the price, I will not be rushing back. I can pay less for a burger combo at a burger joint.

Absolutely horrible. I'm not overexaggerating when I say this is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Only come to this Burger King if you're in the mood to be rushed by angry employees, have all the time in the world and can wait 20+ minutes for your food, enjoy cold burgers and fries, and to top it off receive the incorrect order. I'd rather go hungry than visit these obese and angry employees.
