Easy in, easy out and Rite Aid carried the simple, popular medication that CVS has been out of for at least the past 6 weeks with absolutely no recommendation of where to find the popular prescription I had purchased there many many times. It appears CVS simply do not care.

Such an awesome pharmacy and store,very professional, efficient staff. Although I shouldn't eat the ice cream the Thrifty brand is so good. They have items that correspond with the seasons too. You can tell someone is thinking ! I love this pharmacy, I come once a month from Big Bear , 26 miles / 45 minutes. I never get tired of how beautiful the drive is to Blue Jay 💙

Love this store however not so much today. Waited patiently in line at the ice cream counter. The staff behind the counters took people who came up after me. Shouldn’t the person waiting the longest be served next? In the order they have been waiting?

I had a really wonderful experience getting my COVID-19 booster shot. From processing through the shot. Great people and they are handling SO MUCH with reduced staff. Thank you, Rite Aid!

We had a family emergency involving a prescription for one of our out-of-state children. Jeanette (spelling uncertain) from the pharmacy totally saved us; she immediately made a number of calls for us and called back quickly repeatedly every time she needed new information. Really amazing service in a dangerous medical situation.

Nice location in the town of lovely Blue Jay, with reasonable prices and service. Line flowed and when I needed to know the location of an item, I was shown where it was---so grateful. Photo machines available for orchestration of cards. Ice cream on site as well as a Pharmacy. Saw kindness in action with escorting out patrons in need or helping them to the car. Flu shots are offered. Great selection of seasonal items, good parking on first level and store is clean. Selection is commensurate with Rite Aid down the hill. Thanks for the kindness, help and direction.

This is literally the worst pharmacy my wife and I have ever experienced. They are constantly understaffed and pharmacy personnel rarely answer the phone. When they do answer the phone, the pharmacy personnel consistently lie about the status of prescriptions--often multiple times in the same day. Even if they say everything is ready, you will show up to pick up, and they tell you it will be several more hours until it is ready. Even their automated system (texts etc.) is not properly followed. Kind if sucks when it is for a very sick infant who needed the medication hours ago, which has happened more than once. We have been told medicine was in stock, when it wasn't. We have found the wrong medication in bottles after pickup. Despite everyone we know in the mountain community having issues with this pharmacy, nothing has changed in over three years. If you can go to the pharmacy during the weekdays, we would strongly recommend Beemans at Mountain Community Hospital instead. We have never had similar issues there. Unfortunately, Rite Aid is the only pharmacy open up here on the weekends. Sadly, it is worth your time to go to one down the mountain instead. If you have experienced issues such as these, please contact Rite Aid corporate and file a complaint, as well as the local Better Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce. Social media posts can warn people as well. Nothing will change otherwise.

Not the most organized Rite Aid pharmacy I've been in. With one or two exceptions, employees are indifferent, avoid eye contact and not very efficient. If I hadn't been waiting forty minutes for a prescription they said would take twenty, I wouldn't have had time to write a review...!
