Placed an online order for curbside pickup for Mother's Day, instructed to call when there so they can bring it out. Get there, and no one answers the phone. Apparently, they don't do curbside pickups so had to wait in line. One person attending front desk. Made me late and wife upset.

Very disappointed. Got the basket of fruits for Mother's day.on Saturday morning. Celebrating a day early. The basket did NOT look like the website. It was missing the chocolate heart, pink candy fruits.... It was expensive to start. Never will again buy from them.😤😩😩😩😩

Walked in to this location, Cashier Lusi was very helpful, and extremely nice. We had a few questions and she was very good in giving us answers. Totally recommend this place and Thank you Lusi my strawberries tasted delicious! 9ne of my best birthday gifts this year.

The arrangement that I picked out and paid for was nothing like the arrangement that was delivered to my Father on Father’s Day! They ran out of their Fathers Day’s supplies needed to make the arrangement I paid for. They used Valentine’s Day balloons and used a baby blue pot as the base (which should’ve been a BBQ). Had I known, I would be spending over $100 on basiclly carved pieces of bitter tasting fruit, for my Father on Father’s Day, I would’ve NEVER PURCHASED IT! I am completely disappointed with my purchase from them. I will NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE HERE. Save your money, Not worth the frustration nor eating bitter fruit by a company who employs employees who clearly do not know how to order their own supplies..

This is my 3rd year getting the edible arrangements my son got me the 100+ one we got the 40 dollar one when I posted the pic my son called me and said MOM that's one looks really cheesy that's not the one I ordered I'm just happy to get something for Valentine's Day anyways it's supposed to come in a edible arrangements refrigerated truck in came in a hot car, and the delivery driver smelled so bad of body odor, the fruit was o.k. but it wasn't what we paid for. And I can tell from past reviews that it's going to be an issue to even call and say something save me from the stress. Anyways no more NEXT year See's Candy AND some real flowers.and maybe a candle.

I ordered an arrangement on the internet this morning for my husband and it was delivered promptly from store in Burbank and was a great gift and I would order from Edible Arrangements again. Ordered the balloon also and it was a nice extra touch.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Late delivery, the store disconnected the phone, no refund option. Literally felt like this store stole $81 from me. Happy valentines day, now i get to explain to my girl why she doesnt get a gift.

Basket was ready when I showed up. Looked exactly how it was shown on the website, & the fruit was great. Got the basket early for mother's day weekend. Had some difficulty finding a staff member to get me my package since no one was up front when i showed up.

It was my sister's birthday and I had to get her something last minute and I had no idea what to do. She has all the makeup and girly things she needs in the world so I was in a bit of a jumble of what to get her. My mom gave me the idea of getting her an edible arrangements and I have never tried them so I decided to give it a try. She loves chocolate so I had to get her something covered in chocolate. Since it was her birthday the same day I decided to just order over the phone so the lady instructed me over the phone their website and I found what I wanted. I went over to pick it up and they got it out pretty fast. I gave it to my sister and she really loved it. She shared it with us and it was quite good. The fruits were very fresh and the chocolate was tasty. My only complaint would be is that it is a bit pricy but it was a fun gift.
