HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If you wish you could just drop off your car at a mechanic and make the problem "go away" then your wishes are about to come true. I was able to drop off my problematic car and I got it back within two days driving like new. They will truly take care of your worries and be with you every step of the way through constant communication. It's great service, and unlike other mechanics, there is a lot of room to pull in your car and get a parking spot, which is a big plus. Trustworthy. Attention to detail. Fast. 5 stars. I recently used Monaco Motors for a PPI and I HIGHLY recommend them as anyones main mechanic. Monaco Motors is everything you want and need from a shop. There customer service alone is amazing. Gen and Susan kept me up to date on my vehicle and answered every question or concern I had. Very patient and have a genuine need to help customers. Wade, the head mechanic, took his time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and what needed to be done. He’s very knowledgeable and cares for the work he does. Overall they treated me like I was one of there own and not just another customer, they genuinely want to help.

Technicians are all the same at where they are hired. The quality of their work will depend on the person who owns the mechanic shop. I've known Mr. Wade for many years, I've taken my car to Mr. Wade for many years, and he will always make sure your car will be in perfect condition because Mr. Wade is a car lover and owns interesting cars himself. I brought my MINI Countryman S F60 (3rd Gen) here for some work relating to the cockpit and CPU, pretty specific and esoteric stuff. Gennifer and the team worked diligently to find the right solution, even bringing in a third party expert programmer. Two days of coding and they stuck to their original price quote. I could not be happier with the results--top-notch work. No BS. Family business feeling. Highly recommended. PS: they take every precaution with COVID and distancing: masks, sanitizer, six-feet etc.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! They are honest and fair. I got my car checked at 2 other places for a smog check and both places quoted me $4,000 and told me they would to fix my car. After bringing my car to Monaco Motors, Wade helped me out and told me nothing needed to be fixed. He told me what my car really needed and he was spot on. Saved me thousands! I’ve gone here for many years with my Porsche and they have always been fair and honest with me. The staff is also very friendly and helpful every time I’ve been there. They do a great job! I highly recommend Monaco Motors.

I highly recommend Monaco Motors! 5 stars! Here was my situation before I came to Monaco: I took my 2010 BMW 535i to a different mechanic that I'd used to service other cars I'd owned in the past. (Because who wants to pay the BMW Franchise dealership service prices)! That mechanic told me that he'd be able to fix some things that needed to be fixed. Long story short, this guy basically ruined my car. My car wasn't drive-able when I had it towed into Monaco Motors. I met Wade and told him about the long sad story of my 535i. Wade was honest with me and told me the hard truth of what all I needed to get done...and it was a lot! But again, Wade was HONEST, and explained everything he thought that I needed to do to UNDO the damage that had been done by the other dis-honest mechanic. Wade was never pushy and really cared about trying to help my situation. I just got my car back from Monaco Motors a couple of days ago and it is running fine! Thank you Wade (and to the lovely Genn) for working with me and bringing my car back to life! -Jay S.

!STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! I took my car in last week to have it looked at for an engine check light; first they said I need it and oil change, brakes and oil flushed I told fine do the oil change COST $200 dollars. Second I need it a wire repaired i said fine do it cost $109. I was told they need it additional time to do an inspection but it cost $350 I said do it, I received a call they could not locate the issue in the trunk so they need it additional time but "time is money" is what they told me COST $450 for additional inspections to check the front of the car. I kindly asked them to put my car back together and I WILL take it to a different shop where I won't be taken advantage of. AGAIN STAY AWAY I RECOMMEND YOU GO TO GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!

This is an update to my previous yelp review from a while back. I took my 2013 3 series back to Monaco Motors for some clunking noise in the front end that I was experiencing while driving over bumps. It turns out it was the control arm bushings. They were completely worn out. The owner Wade had called me about an hour after I dropped it off with the diagnosis. He gave me the price which I thought was super fair and took care of the work. Called me after they were done about the end of the day got me picked up ( Free shuttle service ) and put me back in my car noise free. I can always depend on the team at Monaco Motors for taking care of my car!

As my previous mechanic of 20+ years closed up shop, I was put in the position of extreme anxiety as I searched for a new source of support for my beloved BMW. Over the years I had visually noticed Monaco Motors and received numerous flyers left on my windshield. Now I had the opportunity to try them out and was not disappointed. I was greeted with enthusiasm and felt a genuine effort to bring me into the realm of satisfied customer. Monaco is professional, sociable, competent, and a pleasure to do business with.
