The pharmacy department is disappointment. When trying to call every time is a night mare. To wait an hour then be hung up on! The pharmacist has always been nice and accommodating.

Do not call the Pharmacy . Phone rings and rings15 times . Pick up and then hang up. . Star over same thing . Spent 30 minutes doing this . Really no service at all . Went to another Walgreen on Arden . No problem. Answer right away!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a photo order on my lunch break to be ready by the time I was off work on my way to a birthday party.... Got here to pick up my order and your staff couldn't answer my question and tell me why my card order wasn't ready. I asked for the manager she came to the counter the counter and looked just as dumbfounded as your front counter clerk. Clueless, Then said it must have been a printer issue... No one could have called me.... I placed this order by my phone number which you guys verified. Wow entire lack of customer service. The best part was the look on their face both of them like they could care less.... Your front desk associate even mentioned I don't know I just got here 10 minutes ago.. Well that's nice but I'm not looking for excuses. I'll drive farther next time to purchase my pictures elsewhere.

They never really get the timing of my refills right even when my daughter places it on auto refill. Some of the staff are nice. I'm hoping Services improve soon.

MANAGER IS A LIAR! she told me tabacco was not able to be returned or exchanged. I was able to do an exchange at a different location. Also this store is disgusting and nasty inside and out. Looks like it's never been cleaned!!

I want to give negative stars for the supposed store manager, Valerie Hotzclan (?) . An average 6th grader has a much higher intelligence level. I was called the day before my 1st Covid vaccine and asked to come in one day later so they would not have to open a new vial for one dose. i agreed after being assured it would not impact my second dose appointment, which was 4 weeks from the first. When I received the first dose, I asked again and was assured my second dose appointment would not need to be rescheduled. I arrived for my second dose and was told that they could not give it to me. Valerie said there was nothing she could do, even though it was their fault. I repeatedly (4 times!) asked her to call someone to get an override. She told me I had to come in the next day and that I had 42 days to get the second dose. I had plans to go out town for the weekend. Her lack of problem solving ability impacted not only myself, but others also. I was driving home - 45 mins after I left the store - when Valerie calls. She was so proud of herself for reaching out to the Pharmacy manager for an override. Something she WOULD NOT do when I was still in the store. I asked her 4 times to contact someone!!! It is a shame that Walgreens pays Veronica a manager's salary, or any salary, for not having the intelligence to find her way out of a paper bag. ***UPDATE*** Now this Walgreens store is calling me every few hours telling me I am due for my second dose. So STUPID!!!

I didn’t mine the long wait or having to come into the store despite placing an online curbside pickup, but the customer service was terrible. The shift lead Carolyn has a terrible attitude and lacks basic customer service skills. She is extremely disrespectful.

I was their regular customer for more than 3 years, it was my primary Pharmacy. I’ll never step in any Walgreens again thanks to one of their managers which made me feel not respected and unappreciated as their customer which brought a lot of business. Everything is due to Covid-19, but people shouldn’t loose humanity due to Covid-19 though. It’s my third trimester of pregnancy and you can’t blame me for needing to use restrooms often. And it’s not that I was walking by and entered the pharmacy just to use the restrooms I actually came to buy some drugs. I started the conversation with “the manager” nicely, I said that I understand that the restrooms are closed due to Covid-19 but if there’s any possibility to make an exception for a pregnant woman. She had that disrespectful look like I was asking something inappropriate, she said that she can’t make any exceptions for anybody. I let her know that I always shop at this pharmacy but starting from today I’ll not step in this pharmacy ever again! Her answer was ok! Shame on you Walgreens for having such managers. It’s important to mention that the pharmacists and cashiers were always nice and helpful.

Most incompetent pharmacy staff I've ever dealt with. I've worked in retail and customer service and know what its like to deal with entitled people so I try to treat everyone with the utmost respect. The cashiers are fine, but the pharmacy staff are rude, unprofessional nearly to the point of malice, and extremely unhelpful.
