Very upset that they got our order completely wrong. We asked for a sb Cobb sub fried chicken and they gave it to us with GRILLED chicken, BBQ sauce on it???, and Romaine lettuce instead of the shredded lettuce. Absolutely disgusting and wasn’t at all what I wanted. We also got TWO fries with cheese on top and ended up with 3 regular fries. I knew I should’ve checked the bag but I had trust in them as I have worked here before and know our policy when it comes to checking the food before it goes out. My dinner with my husband was ruined.

One of the male managers was losing control. My curbside order wasn't ready til 25 minutes after my pick up. The male manager dropped my milkshake and then went and remade it but the second one was less filled, with less whipped cream and presentation. The burgers were luke warm and we asked for well done but they rushed the meat and it was pink, we don't eat that. Fries were limp and cold. The first bad experience I've had at any habit. They used to give out free burger vouchers for these kinds of failures. Only good thing was the chicken and onion rings. I emailed corporate for a refund.

Been to this restaurant several times. Loooove the food and service. Yes, there is a wait time, but that's normal for Habit Burger stores everywhere. And the complaints about long drive-thru wait time; so if there's a line in the drive-thru(or even inside) it's the customer's choice to wait out that line. This is no reason to complain. I've never had any bad experiences with this restaurant. Staff are always friendly. I think they are required cook the burger meat at medium well done, so if there's pink in the middle, that's why. If you want well done, you have to tell them. Again, I've never had a bad burger here; SHOUT-OUT TO THE COOKS for bomb burgers! Just writing about the restaurant is making me hungry lol! Granted sometimes mistakes happen; give the staff a chance to fix their mistake instead of derailing the whole restaurant on some social media plug. i.e. if the fries are soggy, go back and tell them. And don't be a jerk about it; these people work hard to earn their money. Anyways, bottom line, I love my experience at this restaurant.

Every time I come here my order is always messed up. I had went yesterday for dinner and this had to be by far the worst one. On my sandwich I had a handful of mayo in my burger to the point it was dripping off my sandwich, I had about 10 pickles in there as well. My brother in law had ordered a plain cheeseburger and there was a pickle on the outside of the bottom bun. My nana ordered a burger with no cheese and there was cheese. My husband ordered a plain cheese burger with just ketchup and there was ketchup and mustard all over his hamburger including the outside. I’m not sure if they just have a lot of younger kids working there but when I go order at drive thru I have to repeat myself about three times. They always seem distracted and just not paying attentions, but this last time I had them repeat my order three times so There shouldn’t be a reason why my order was the way it was. From here on out I will not be returning to the habit In Ceres, and sadly will have to drive 20 minutes to the one on mchrenry. They neeed to train their employees or hire new employees in the habit in ceres.

Visited on Monday, April 25th to pick up my Doordash order. I was told it'll be ready to pick up by 8:13 PM. I show up around 8:04 PM just to check if they may be done earlier. I was told they're still working on it, ready in about 10 minutes, so no big deal. I noticed they put a bag out shortly before I sat down to wait. Around 8:13 PM I get a notification that my food should be ready based on the restaurant's estimate. I walk up to who I think is the supervisor and ask if the order is ready. He proceeds to check the bag, WHICH THEY PLACED WHEN I SAT DOWN, tells me this is it. I told him, "This has been sitting here this whole time?" No response, proceeds to hand me a kid's cup from my order. The kids meal came with fries, all thrown in the bag, no container for the fries. My meal was also not correct. The lack of empathy, knowing I've been waiting there, making constant eye contact, getting the order wrong, and spending 42 dollars for dinner, makes me think this is my last time here.

BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. THIS LOCATION WILL SWITCH YOUR ORDER TO CHARGE YOU MORE AND STILL DENY IT. Tonight I ordered a #7 Combo as the very first order then the second order was a Tenderloin burger only. When I looked at my receipt, they made the Tenderloin a combo and then the Impossible burger only the burger. I asked the manager why they switch up my order? The manager said that they always put the fries and drink with the first order. I specifically told him my first order was the #7 as a combo not the Tenderloin. He said that's how they always do it in all the Habit locations. I told him that's not how it is typically done, they are doing it here to cheat the customers out of money because the tenderloin burger cost more as a combo vs. the Impossible combo.. $1.63 more by switching the customer's order around, adding the fries and drink to the more expensive burger, even though that's not the sequence I ordered them in. He could not give me an answer. In addition, I requested for teriyaki, bbq, and boom sauce on the side twice. I arrived home without any of these items. I will no longer be supporting this location. They left a sour taste in my mouth because I can not trust a business that is deceptive and then tries to hide it too.

The new Habit grill was nice, saw there was a drive through but after a few minutes of waiting I decided to park and go in. Very few people inside and the place was neat and clean. The food that we ordered tasted good, we got the double char and portabella shroom burger meals with extras on the side. The time to make was a little long, but its made on sight and also there was a large number of people during the hour. The place is kept well cleaned and the little side bar to get peppers or ketchup is nice and organized to get what you need so, that's good for everyone. The restaurant is still new and getting everything set will take a while, but we will be going there again now that Habit is closer to us. Also, one note...don't take the drive thru, it is a horrible design to be waiting and some people will block traffic.

I ordered the Santa Barbara Cobb salad, it looks amazing, unfortunately I have no dressing... I did ask for dressing but the window guy just said it comes with dressing already in it. It does not 😑 also, 40 minutes wait going thru the drive thru fyi
