Greeted immediately looking for shoes for the hubby no luck but he did end up getting some shirts instead. Our cashier was very nice and joking with us awhile ringing us up.

I went into your Citrus Heights, CA store inside the Sunrise Mall to make a return or exchange and before I had a chance to even say anything, the associate told me that they don't do returns at that location. When I asked why, he said that they don't carry cash. I told him that I never said that I wanted cash. That a gift card or store credit would be fine if I couldn't find something in the store. He said he needed to check with his manager. He came out about 30 seconds later and said we couldn't do it there and that I needed to go to another store. He never even looked at my return. I had my receipt too. I realize that retail stores don't want returns to go against their revenue but is it worth losing a customer over? I'm still in disbelief and I though most of my purchases are online, I have no intention in shopping with Champs Sports again. The manager's name that he gave me was Angeline. I'm 38 years old and this was maybe the worst customer service that I've experienced in my life.

I bought a pair of $100 shoes for my son. He wore them one day and they were so uncomfortable he went back to his shoes that are too small. I tried to return them and they refused to give me a refund, saying they were used.
