Great customer service! Very knowledgeable about the shoes. I have a large hard to fit foot with a high instep. I was shown a shoe that was exactly like the boot I was looking at to get the correct fit. Alas, it was not great for my arthritic toes. However now I know for sure. There was a huge selection of sandals for summer. Hopefully I can get one of the sandals to fit in a few months.

Sergey was wonderful, never losing his cool even though he was the only one working on a busy afternoon. The selection is suffering though, because of shipping and production delays - thanks COVID.

When I was younger I wore SASS shoes. I loved them. They were commonly referred to as "nurses." But when I looked them up, they've, of course, changed the design considerably. I couldn't find any that met my fancy. So I didn't purchase them. But I still recommend them to those people who like the new designs. They're easy on your feet, at least I know they use. I can't imagine them not being comfortable.

I will be reviewing my exeperience with the SAS customer service at the HQ not the individual stores. I have received great service from the individual stores which are indepedently owned and operated. Unfortunately, the staff at the HQ customer service line are all confused and provide different info each time I called. I had a pair of sandals, EXCELLENT shape. The first rep said for me to mail them in and see if they can offer me a credit or refund because they were hurting my feet. Once they received my sandals, the first rep confirmed the sandals were in great condition and a refund would be offered. Few days later, a rep called and said they can't offer a refund because she sees a scuff on the sandal but they could do an even exchange if I find another pair I liked. She said I would only have to pay for a $10 shipping. The third time I called to place my exchange order and the rep told me if would cost $75 to exchange my sandals!!! I can't believe that a huge company like this would have such inconsistencies...my mom and aunts shop here every year, purchasingfew sandals every time. The sandals are great but the customer service at the HQ needs to streamline their procedures. In the end, I had to "raise" my voice for the rep to finally honor and even exchange with a $10 shipping fee.
