Nice location, not too busy, stocked w/ what's currently on sale. Store doesn't look so cluttered, but the clearance section can be a little crazy.

My husband and I came at the right time to shop. They had stocked up all the jeans in all different sizes and types so it was easy to find the right fit. The store was very clean,too. I will definitely be back for more shopping at this Concord, CA location!

I always like shopping in old navy I never get in store size I have to order online But before buying i have to check quality by going to store So mostly store visit is for seeing clothes

I previously gave Old Navy 5 stars but wanted to change that because of the way my family and I were treated today. It was early in the day there were maybe only 4 customers in the store. None of us were greater by ANY STAFF MEMBERS. Nobody acknowledged us when we were shopping, nor did the woman that rang us up even say a simple hello. She rudely rang or items silently until I asked her how she was doing and she gave me a simple answer. My family and I have been shopping at this location over 3 years and the way they catered to white individuals that came in the store with the most jolly upbeat attitude but acted as if me and my colored family were nothing. We minimally spen $400 every time we come here. We all agree we will not be supporting Old Navy and I will go above and beyond to make sure no other people of color have to experience that. By the way the morning staff was all Caucasian middle aged people mostly even the you g guy with the long ponytail didn't speak. Very sad it's 2021.

Old Navy is usually a go-to for fair prices on good clothes. This trip was odd. Perhaps the store is in flux but we couldn't find anything that fit our family. Many popular items were 2X or 3X. Will revisit review on next visit.

I am so happy with the service that I got there! I was returning a pair of jeans and replacing a pair that I had torn this morning. I walked in I got service right away. The sales associate was amazing there was some sort of computer problem she stayed calm collected and patient I even ordered the wrong size and she had no problem changing the size and looking for the type and exactly what I was looking for I wish I have written her name down because she was wonderful she work with the other customers she was helping me and was able to multitask also she was very impressive and I feel so bad that I don't remember her name now but this is a 100% one of the best service I've ever gotten in a store . If anybody from Old Navy is reading this her cashier number is 309-1691

I love old navy, but this one is rough. Every time I’ve gone to this one I have the same issues each time - the air conditioning never works, they must be understaffed because the lines are long and take forever to move (even during the middle of the day on a weekday). Their doors are incredibly heavy and the automatic disability button does not work. EVER. Makes it incredibly difficult for a pregnant mom with a 1 year old in a stroller to get in and out. I avoid this old navy just because the disability door button doesn’t work. Also they are always out of everything in my son’s size (18 months-3T and size 5-7 shoes). The workers have even said they can’t keep enough boys clothes/shoes in stalk in those sizes. Why can’t they get more stock if it’s selling out so fast? Despite those issues, staff is so so friendly and helpful. Every worker I’ve met there is seriously so friendly and kind. I would give them 5 stars if it weren’t for the long list of inconveniences.
