Do NOT go here if you have Sprint! They do not know anything about it! The guys working would not even open my account to look if I had an upgrade. IT WAS CRAZY! I was simply asking for them to open my account to take a look. Poor service and seemed like they didn't want to do the work. Go get phone at Costa Mesa or Laguna Niguel locations. They were nice and very helpful. Walked away with a new phone!

that was the best experience I've had in any T-Mobile so far. first I called not really expecting this particular store to be open on memorial day and much to my surprise they were. I'm not sure if it was Mike or Rudy that answer the phone but they told me thatthey did have the brand new OnePlus 7 pro screen protector that I wanted so badly. After already going through 3 I purchased on Amazon, I wanted to take advantage of a protional special, namely the Protection 360, Screen Protector program where they will replace it twice within a calendar year. obviously it's not going to be cheap as direct from China but as I've already experienced those screen protectors the screen protectors China didn't even stick to the phone. I went in about 6 and Mike and Rudy were there, and they were very sympathetic to my issue and very helpful and showing me exactly how to apply this new screen protector and making sure that I was signed up for the program the right way. Mike shaa ² owed me the cases that they had for OnePlus of which there are only a few of ailable since that company keeps everything online and essentially forces people to buy from their website, nevertheless the phone case that I got is amazing it has a raised rubber grip around the edges for added grip and a nice soft smooth rubber back, which happens to be my favorite material for phone cases. To top it all off, Mike asked if I had participated in the T-Mobile Tuesdays and totally hooked me up with this great Merch. This is exactly why Ive been a T-Mobile customer for so many years the service is top-notch. If you don't like long waits, and have some time to take the scenic route down to PCH and check out this free mobile definitely the best in Orange County
