READ THE WHOLE REVIEW, this is all true and unbiased. I have been to this MDC store, several times in fact, to see if I could have had a better experience than the others. Boy was I wrong. I'll start off by saying the staff members or "system designers" as it says on their name tags, are incredibly full of themselves and care so much about status and money in their pocket, as soon as they see you are not buying a "magnolia product, they get a blu shirt to help you out, what great customer service right?. They are very rude, some in particular I will name. First, the gentleman in the wheelchair, nothing about his disability, is one of the most obnoxious men I have ever met. He is very loud when sitting around with his coworkers, and to top it off, uses profanity continuously with an annoying laugh that made me walk out of the magnolia department and demanded I buy Samsung QLED from a normal Best Buy HT rep. Afterward hearing that, the manager, his name was Jim or Jimmy I believe, insisted I buy from their department even though the core department had it as well, and he even gave me an attitude which I was very shocked about. I said you cannot talk to customers this way, why do I need to buy from you? He said this is a magnolia design center exclusive only tv; which is a downright lie, because I bought the same tv from the Lake Forest store which is NOT a design center. Now, I could see Victor in the background pointing to his coworkers at me and laughing at loud, I was so offended I demanded to speak to thei GM, whom just happened not to be there. I was offended, upset, mistreated, and so disappointed. The only gentleman I ever had a good experience years ago in the past was with a man named Rohan, very professional, he should be the manager, not some 4ft short, rude man with earrings And thinks he can talk down to people and then who told me to leave his department (even tho I did not use any foul language, raise my voice or cause any problem, they just wanted me to buy the tv from victor cause they are all on commission, go figure!. So, that is what I did. And you know what I did next, I went to the MDC in mission viejo, and bought much more than I ever intended because of the exceptional customer service. I bought the Sony oled A9 master series, mounted. The costa didn't even mention when I said I wanted the newest and best LED, victor told me the about the 55 Q8?! He probably judged me on my clothes as I just got out of the gym! I was so happy with my purchase, that one week later I wanted to improve my audio. I boughf the B&W 603s w/ center channel and sub as a 3.1 for now tied to my new rotel amp and pre amp. Including all the audioquest wires I was introduced to by Ricky (The very friendly GM in Lake forest) I got the Rocket 44's all bi-wired and the vodka hdmi cable all from the mission store. You see how a few very rude employees with narcissistic attitudes can lose a sale of well over $15k? And I'm not even done, still getting my rear speakers, and now referring my friend who loves my A9 and speakers to go to the Mission even tho we live close to costa. All in all, avoid Costa Mesa, they are very full of themselves, terrible customer services, always on their phones, use of profanity and mocking customers such as myself. I am so offended I asked the GM of the MV store for their District Managers number, and I did. In addition, I will contact the BBB because I believe I was treated unequally due to my race. Never go here, if you have to, see Rohan, he's a good man, shame he wasn't there that day he would've got a big sale and a future one of my friend. P.S, never buy into the "Protection Plan" or Magnolia Care program, it's just extra way to waste your money and put it into their pockets. 0 star for Costa Mesa MDC, 0 for Jimmy, -1 for Victor, incredibly loud and narcissistic. Lost my business. Go to Lake forest and see Ricky, great guy.

Customer service and time management could use some work. Felt like going to a used car dealership with the level of poor customer service today.
