So disappointing. I work in sales/customer service. I spent 10 minutes loading up a flat with several storage containers and a large shelving unit. Before going to the register, I always look up Home Depot and Friedman’s prices. HD has the same 27 gal bins, same manufacture, same color. Different design on the lid. Circles versus diamonds. Cashier told me they won’t price match unless exactly the same. $3 difference and I’m buying 10 of them. Can’t believe I have to go to Home Depot and load up again to save $30. Oh well, customer service is officially a thing of the past. It’s an Amazon world we live in. I will say one nice thing about Lowe’s, I get to park right up front at a veteran. Ooh rah

Had small in store ordering snafu, item hadn't been forwarded from que to Invoice status and told to pay for item, on way out of store. We had to return to store when we discovered our item had never been initially ordered. Quick thinking by Kyle, was able to reenter item in order que, then place as invoice, to pay for item on way out of store, receipt in hand. We returned 5 days later for pick up. Be sure to be kind & patient, support any new staff members that are often going threw real time, on the floor training. Rudeness and entitlement is unattractive!

We utilized the online order to safe time and avoid spending time in store. The order was placed at 9 am and we received notification that the order is ready for pickup at 11:43 am. When our driver arrived at the store around 2:30 pm the order was not yet ready and still needed to get 'pulled'. 2 hours later our driver was finally able to receive the order and leave the store. What is the point of placing an order online to safe time if the store is incapable to provide the service they offer? It would have been easier to go there and just go inside to get what we needed ourselves! This store is the worst i experienced since being a contractor! When called to check in while the driver was still there i never was able to actually speak to an associate and my call was 'on hold' for the next available associate for 15 min and then the call was disconnected! Never ever again!

We had a terrible purchase experience with this store. The washing machine we purchased was not delivered as agreed and no one from the store contacted us about the missed delivery. I submitted a case to the main Lowes Customer Service and store management was supposed to contact me. They never did, so I had the delivery rescheduled through the Lowes Customer Service. Then on the new delivery day I was notified the washing machine was no longer in stock and delivery would be delayed again. The customer service experience was unacceptable. Take your business to any other store except this one.

I was looking for a 9 inch benchtop band saw and they had it in stock off the shelf into the cart and out the door. They also have bands for it with various degrees of tooth finance. So easy search, successful result. The self checkouts have the hand operated scanning wand so you can scan your large items that don't fit on the scanner table. But the POS systems don't take phone pay so you have to pull your card out and they don't take the RFID chips on the card either, so you have to stick the card in the slot. So much for technology.

Like other big hardware stores, some employees are more knowledgeable than others. If you want to make special orders or get extra help with products, don't get there 20 minutes before closing.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Have tried to reach the appliance department by phone over 20 times and only twice did someone pick up the phone. One of the times they picked up, they said they would have to call me back after assisting a customer. Never called back. When I finally got someone on the phone, he didn’t have the answers. I have requested assistance from online customer support and was told that a manager would reach out to me to assist. Never heard from anyone. Will not shop here again. Ever.

"Pretty good" was never used in in a marketing campaign, but that's Lowes, Cotati in a nutshell. Most recent visit: We got almost everything on our list, which was surprising, as there was some weirdly specific stuff. Lots of little fasteners too. Floor assistants were really helpful (and actually on the floor!) in almost all departments. Only one pretended to no hear/see us, obvious expat of the Orange big box competitor. The one big drawback is the cashier who worked gardening registers, "Am*r", who could have won a rudeness competition with his mouth duct-taped. Before the customer in front of me had even moved out of the way, he grabbed my cart (my hand on it) and yanked it out of my control. No warning, no greeting. Began ringing me up (previous customer still not gone) and just tossing/throwing items from the front of the cart to the back. I wanted to see what was being rung up, so I swiveled the card reader toward me to see if it was shown. With my hand still on the reader, he stopped throwing my stuff and physically swiveled it away from me and said, "You can't use that now". First thing out of his mouth thus far. I said I wanted to see the item list and he ignored me. When payment time came around, he simply went to the next customer's cart and repeated the process - ringing them up while I was paying. He asked me if I wanted a receipt after I'd been standing there watching him ring up someone else for about a minute. You bet I want a receipt - I have no idea how he rang up my cart, and my $400+ receipt was full of multiples. As I was leaving literally on my way to the door, he asked me if I wanted a bag. The alarm went off and he told me to just keep going. Breathtakingly rude customer service. Maybe Am*r ought be promoted to something that doesn't involve peopling. Too bad he is the last point of contact after a "pretty good" experience otherwise. Really soured everyone else's efforts.

Nobody at this lowes offers help. If you have any questions on inventory and need to call them and ask you will have no luck at all. I have called over 30 times in the last few days and not a single person has answered any off them. This lowes single-handedly puts an end to all the jokes about Home Depot employees being as useless HOA security.

Mellow store to shop at for home goods and appliances. I went here to get a sliding barn door, which had one of the best prices we could find. Large variety of goods in a massive building. Their nursery has healthy nice plants. Parking is wide open and easy out front. Their return policy is great. A little more staff would be helpful. But this is my first time going here, and it could be because of Covid for the limited staff. All in all nice place to get some good deals for home.
