I am with Bank of America as customer for last 30 years. This is the Worst BOA branch I ever been. We applied for home loan refinancing the loan officer who helped us was jackline.rosh she is the worst loan officer I ever met in my life time. She is so rude and not helping with any necessary document and neither interested in helping with loan approval. We our effort working with Sr loan manager and assessor we somehow got it approved. But she applied hefty fees ~5000 to our loan which was not part of our initial loan discussion. She lied to us and generally lie a lot according to coworkers. So please don’t use her if you are approaching for any new or refinancing home loans. We end up dropping the home refinancing . We had a very bad experience with this Bank of America branch. I don’t even want to give any star to this branch but I have no option.

Location is convenient except the parking area can be difficult during peak times. I found the staff particularly helpful and courteous. They are well trained. In my case, I needed help from senior people and it was provided quickly with equal courtesy. The ATM is easy to get to as it is in a stand alone enclosure.

Worst Customer service guy name called Jonathan should not be working. I just started a small business as I do understand whom not to hire. Not only me couple other customers were complaining.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place. I waited 15+ minutes, customers who came in after me were served while I was completely ignored. When I complained to bank manager, she claimed these other customers had made appointments. Except the bank employees never checked for appointments with any of the customers, including me. If you didn't know who made an appointment and who didn't, why serve other customers when I had been waiting longer? First they ignored me, then they lied to me. I had to drive a few miles down the road for another B of A branch. Shut this place down, completely useless.

Terrible customer service. I wanted to withdraw money from my account. When I presented my check, I was told, they did not have money and could cash out only half of what I wanted. I said no way, they made me wait for the manager, who showed up after 15 minutes, and he also sang the same song. I asked him, what the issue was. He said, he wanted to verify my signature. I had opened this account in 1990 and never updated my signatures!!!. He took my Versatel card and Driving License to his office, came out after another 10 minutes and told the lady to cash my check. She then reluctantly cashed it. I hope somebody reads this and fixes these nincompoops.

Manager was Unsympathetic about people’s time. Tell me everybody’s time is valuable like I suppose to care about everybody else time when I’m trying to run to A BUSINESS myself. (. I HAD TO REMIND HIM (THIS) THIS BANK IS A BUSINESS AND HE IS BAD FOR EVERYBODY’s Else’s BUSINESS )THERE IE NO EXCUSE FOR DOING BAD BUSINESS ( except , except )for BEING VERY INCOMPETENT

Doing one simple thing is very complicated. Just trying to add power of attorney and it was a very complicated process. We went to other banks on the same day and it was much more simple. We were told to get a notary, we did.. Then when we come back, we were told to notarized AGAIN on the SAME DAY or else we have to start the whole process again.. Our banker Michael does not know what he was doing and did not apologize when he gave us the wrong info. B of A sucks anyways and there are many other options. DON"T come here.
