Service in the deli department is awful. Rude workers who never acknowledge you, claim to never have anything in stock. I come in here frequently and nothing changes. Do not waste your time and money with these people.

Came in to get my favorite subs in the deli.Prep table was dirty.i instructed the employee this needed to be cleaned.I asked for an Italian and chicken tender sub toasted .First she did not put a dress liner down to prep my sandwich.she proceeded to put mayonnaise on my sandwiches instead of doing the proper Publix process which is toasting the meat and cheese first .She instructed me this is how she was taught.I informed her i was a former Publix deli employee and this is not the gold standard Publix applies.This is not acceptable sops are in place for a reason.I’m distraught.

Shout out to Tommy in the Publix’s Deli!! Super fun, loved his energy, and made me a banging Ultimate sandwich! Customer service doesn’t get better then this! Y’all will not be disappointed! Trust! It defiantly was a Pleasure!

I shopped for two Instacart orders, one delivery, the other curbside. My app showed an item was bagged with the wrong customer so I returned it to the store. I checked the curbside shelf for my customer's bags but she'd already picked them up. I returned to my car to contact her. As I sat in my car I noticed Cust. Srv. Mgr. Joyce Addario at the entrance staring at me. I already knew she suspected me of stealing so I walked inside to customer service. The man behind the counter was helpful and professional. Without excusing herself, Joyce walked behind and interrupted our conversation. She said she saw me at the curbside shelf and from her paper I was missing a second item. My customer asked for one replacement for two that were unavailable. I corrected her and continued talking to the other employee. The customer was notified, her item was held for her, and I started another order. During my next two orders she continued to watch me and walked alongside the left of me to see what I was doing. I won't allow any harassment, discrimination, nor profiling from anyone. This woman was wrong and didn't apologize for her behavior.

Felt the need to shout out the meat and seafood department. Everyone there, no matter what time I come, is always so nice and helpful! The product is always fresh (unlike their neighbor Kroger 🤢) and the staff always goes above and beyond to get me whatever I need. Thanks for being awesome!

Worst customer experience I've ever had at a Publix deli dept. or any grocer ive visited in the last 15 yrs. I will stick to my Concord Rd. Brentwood Tn, Location. Had a concern over pricing of a sub sandwich based off a mistake a newly hired worker admitted too ( he was super kind and courteous and apoligized for the errors he made)and even pleaded this ( details too long to explain here).However No empathy, probing , concern or resolution regarding issue from Jennifer the manager. I would be weary using the deli dept. After 7:45 pm. You don't seem to receive the same level of professional care you get earlier in the day. I would choose a different location .

Looked and looked for signs on the door that would show us their hours at 9 pm, but didn't see any. The doors were open and the lights were on. Passed several employees.while we shopped, but none of them spoke to us. Several minutes later a manager asked if we were looking for something and when we said "just shopping" she announced "well, we're closed". We could've been off to another store much earlier if we could see posted hours or maybe if the doors were locked or if anyone had told us they were closed before we shopped. We also got an earful from the checkout person about many different subjects that we didn't solicit. All that, high prices and marginal selection of the things we were looking for. Plenty of other places to shop nearby.
