I took my watch in for a battery when he open the back he noticed a piece was broken and a button wouldn’t work. He didn’t advise me to send it to cashier because he couldn’t repair it the piece with a large plastic almost disc-like piece Which I think could’ve been easily ordered if he was a good watch repair man and replaced he didn’t even offer to do that he just told me to send it to Cacio or I could just do without the button totally unprofessional and definitely not a watch repairer

Always excellent customer service here!! Their prices are reasonable and fair. Plus they always have a coupon in the "GET IT FREE" coupon book! They do excellent work here. Whenever I need jewelry repair or a watch battery I always come here!

My family has been a customer of Goods Jewelry for years. From buying jewelry to having a clasp fixed or a getting ring sized, having settings checked buffed and cleaned, Goods has been there. They’ve always done quality work and we trust them; hat’s an important thing for a Jeweler. We find that his prices are quite competitive. A decent local business, go check em out.

Its Hard to find a good jeweler, I just did! Martin at Goods Jewelry and Watch Co. Is Awesome. I had to have 2 links adjusted on my watch.I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thank You! Do yourself a favor...you need a repair or a cleaning , or looking for a jeweler? Visit Goods first!

I work with adults that are Developmentally Disabled and help them with things they need to do in the community. One of my clients needed a new battery for his watch, we went here and got him one. It didn't take long. The man changed the battery and reset the date and time and we were off. A few days later he told me the battery wasn't working. I took him back and the man was very nice about it, apologized for the inconvenience and replaced it again for free, and set the right date and time for him again. He was a very nice man.
