Their website and mobile app are practically worthless, which means that you're relying on the people at the counter to give you good information, pricing, etc. If all you want is an oil change, you're probably okay, but if you want a coolant flush or diff service, you won't find that on their signage. My service was okay, if pricey. It was after I left that really soured me. I have set the air pressure in the tires on my truck the day before I went there. I saw one of the technicians heading toward the tires with an air Chuck and I almost stopped them, but figured they were professionals and that they were probably required to do it and I didn't want to make a fuss about it. Fast forward to a week later after I put new shocks on my truck and can't understand why it's still riding rough. Lo and behold, I checked the tires and they're all over 44 psi! I daily drive an F-150 empty and rarely tow. There's literally a door sticker on every vehicle built since at least the seventies telling you exactly what pressures to set the front and rear tires to. This is almost never the same pressure as the "maximum psi" rating stamped on the sidewall of the tires. For the overwhelming majority vehicles now that is 35psi all the way around. That is what I expect a tire shop or other lazytech to set all the tires to on any vehicle I bring them. I have a feeling this Tech just started pumping air until the tires "looked full". If an automotive shop has technicians that don't comprehend the most elementary of maintenance items, then how can you trust them with complicated ones?
