The customer service when you arrive is great make you feel welcomed and happy and excited but once you seal the deal with them it changes it’s like it’s all fake which I don’t like at all they overcharge and they give good discounts for military but they don’t idk just a fake place to buy audio stuff from

The guys at stereo Depot El Cajon do an excellent job on installing car stereo systems. Brad is awesome and amazing and very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Stereo depot El Cajon for getting any type of audio done on your cars, boats, motorcycles. and any vehicle.

Overcharged and terrible work. I was charged 5k for window tint, pedal commander, 4 tires, rims, and an alarm. The bank had told me my promotion ended even though I had until 2023 and was charged 600$ of interest because they had split it up into 2 promotions. Also I had gotten 4 tires and rims and in one of my tires I was missing a lug nut. On top of that I didn't have my wheel lock to remove the tires, had to take it to the dealership. Then my window tint on the back windows started peeling from the bottom. I wish I could put 0 stars, take your car somewhere else.

Called on a Monday about a specific system. They confirmed that their other brand “viper” was what system to use and that they had the system in stock. Made an appointment the following Saturday and when I arrived I was told that “viper” didn’t make a system For my vehicle and the system I needed was actually the one I originally requested. For the correct system I needed it was twice the price they quoted me and they would have to order it and I’d have to come back again in a week. Had they known what they were doing and ordered the correct system they would have had it when I arrived. They have no clue what they’re doing. If they can’t get the part right how do you trust them to install it correctly!!!

This place is amazing. Best prices in town especially if you’re on a budget. I came in looking for a stereo for my lil whoopty. Jazzy ended up helping me out and he was VERY knowledgeable and got me exactly what I needed. He hooked me up and price matched an item I found online. His energy was on point. They care about veterans and military which made me extremely happy. I left completely satisfied and would 10/10 recommend this place to a friend. Very appreciative for the great service.
