The website says the branch is open - you call and its closed - try to get a person and it a 20 minute wait on hold- what a joke....

Not sure why this brand has such poor ratings. Tony Singh was incredibly helpful. Extremely professional, insightful, friendly and efficient. I will return to this branch to work with him specifically if any issues come up. Thanks again!

Nauseating lacked of candor in our communication. Someone made an error, and only after retaining counsel and informing them I was calling a detective did we resolve, after changing banks. 15 years of goodwill gone - NEVER AGAIN will I go there. WAMU was my bank then Chase took them over. Asked to see the tapes, got the total run around for weeks. NOT trusting them with $$ again. PS there are suckers in the lobby if interested.

Bring back Blockbuster. I had good memories about this place before it became Chase bank. This bank needs to be shut down. I don't like the people inside of it. Not at all

I needed an envelope for my withdrawal so i went into the bank to use the teller. She proceeded to come from behind the counter to show me how to use the atm. If i had wanted to use the atm i would have. I didn't need a lesson.

Was the worst experience the lady that was attending me was very rude would never go back to this brach again. The manager on site did not even chime in to make the experience a bit better I believe it was because I did not have an account with them. I didn't want to open one here with that negativity!
