I needed the belts replaced on my 2006 Toyota Scion XB. After asking around, I decided to try Rick's and I am happy I did. They were great about scheduling the repair and completed this complicated repair job in just a few hours for a very reasonable price. This is a small, friendly, very fast, and effective mechanic shop. Highly recommended, I give Rick's an A+ as an auto repair shop for: FAST. QUALITY. KNOWLEDGEABLE. REASONABLE PRICE.

We were recommended to go here after our rental car had issues while checking out of our hotel, and that recommendation proved to be spot on. Keith took in our car immediately after we arrived and worked his magic, and 15 minutes later we had our car back working good as new. He is as honest and helpful as can be and really saved our day. I honestly cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else after being handled by the kid gloves of Rick's automotive. Keith is THE man of honesty and integrity. I while transporting a dog to daycare I found myself with a blown radiator hose in Forestville. Dont know if I was dealing with Rick but the mechanic was super friendly. He got my trucks problem diagnosed, parts ordered and job completed as quickly as possible. I love that he didnt over charge me and went the extra mile. Next time I need work done on my truck I know where I'll be going.

I've been to Rick's twice with just small problems that I couldn't fix at home and they were the absolute best! Not only was the attendant super nice and friendly he also didn't charge me for the small service. I will totally recommend them to friends!

A fabulous place for car repairs. They do nothing extra without notifying you. They are very accommodating and the work is done right. They are AAA approved shop & that equals 10% off.

Rick's is the only place to go. Keith & his guys will leave no stone unturned to find out what's wrong & when he does you know it will be fixed correctly at less than half the price of anywhere else. He has been there for us each & every time. I've have NEVER been treated better. Thank You Rick's for taking such good care of us.

I took my Bentley to Ricks auto and they did an amazing job. They charged 1/20 the price that the Bentley dealership would charge. The best thing about this place is that it is clean. Whoever painted the front of the shop is a master. Top notch

Hands down the best Automotive repair shop that I have been to. For over a year my car was making this horrible noise that kept getting louder and louder. I took it to Ricks Auto and within seconds they diagnosed the problem. I needed to get a new wheel bearing. My car has never sounded better and never driven so smoothly. I will be taking my car here from now on for everything. They have competitive prices, quick turn around, great staff and you can tell that the owner really cares about his customers and wants them to go home happy and satisfied. You definitely will not find another Automotive shop that will take better care of their customers and their cars than Rick's Auto :)
