Due to another location messing up my order and blood draw, I had to come to this location on the very last day of my order. They were quick, professional and they took me in as a last minute walk in, understanding that this was the last day I could have this blood draw done. Thank you so much! I appreciate their staff and professionalism.

Appointments are meaningless, long wait, no organization, unmotivated staff. I arrived 5 minutes early for my 9:00 appointment, signed in on the kiosk and the pen-and-paper sign in sheet. I wasn't called in until 10:05 and my blood wasn't drawn until 10:20. So an 1 hour 25 minute wait. In the meantime the staff ignored patients asking for help, gave conflicting information (like the kiosks not working even though I just signed in on one) and showed each other videos on their phones. The staff pointedly would not make eye contact with any patients. One staff had a mouse of a whisper of a voice and everyone would ask "what" whenever she said anything and she'd make no attempt to speak any louder. When I was about to have my blood drawn I had to ask if all the tests had been entered, and they had not. The staff, with needle in hand, said if I wanted all the tests I'd need to call my doc. Kinda wish they had cleared that up before rooming me. So now I need to return to get my blood drawn again for the remaining tests. Absolutely miserable place. Other minor tidbits include that the staff didn't invert my test tubes; she gave a sharp up/down shake which isn't great for the red cells. Even though she knew my doc would be calling for the missing tests she didn't draw extra tubes. She didn't pull the curtain, she had another person's requisition that I could see in her hands(I hope she doesn't mix them up). After the stick she let go of the needle while filling the tubes. They were out of bandaids, somehow, so I got a pediatric bandaid that didn't stick very well. What a mess.

Signed in online (website says will call when technician is ready) and waited outside for an hour but still no responses. Later went in and checked at their kiosk and waited another 10mins I was told I cannot do test here and left with disappointment..

I just came here to do some blood work and I nearly fainted. The doctor that was working with me was so concerned of my safety and was immediately on the go to get me to stabilize. She was trying to keep me alert by asking questions, rubbing some ice on me, making me hold her hand. This was a really meaningful experience for me and I appreciate it very much. I suggest you come to this clinic if you want caring individuals to draw your blood or do your drug screening.

Staff is extremely unprofessional from the woman at the front desk to the lab techs. My friend went in for a drug test in which she disclosed to the tech Jazmin that she has to use medical supplies when using the bathroom. Jazmin was not understanding at all and gave her a very hard time until maybe after the third time my friend had to repeat the same thing to her. Once she came out of the stall, she explained to Jazmin that she needs to be more sympathetic, understanding and knowledgeable of people who have chronic illnesses all for Jazmin to completely lash out in an unprofessional manner and curse at her. Doesn’t matter if you’ve worked in healthcare for 1 month or 30 years, you need to understand that not every patient is the same and when someone is trying to educate you about something, rather than getting upset, take the opportunity to become more competent as it will be an advantage for you in the future. Completely disgusted by how the tech handled the situation and this will be taken up with corporate. Stay far away from this place.

Make an appointment online! I made an appointment for a drug test for work. Went a little early, checked in and then went to the bakery to wait (Cannelle is amazing). Went back once I got a text, and was in and out in 10 minutes. Was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency. But I also looped everyone in the waiting room who I'm assuming was waiting for blood work or didn't have an appointment.

3 star for fast service but the women(spanish-old with glasses) on the front desk was so much rude. I mistakenly gave her my insurance card and she spoke we don’t accept insurance card for drug test so rudely. Please speak nicely to patient(whoever comes there).

Excellent location. As expected, there is a bit of a wait on Saturday, but the front desk is efficient. Jasmine is an amazing phlebotomist! If you get her, you are very lucky! Quick and painless draw!!

This place is clean. I missed my appointment so they put me as a walk-in, the check in process was quick. One of the staff helped me how to do it. Overall the experience was easy, fast and excellent. I waited only for 10 min before I was called. I would definitely be back.
