Arrived at bank at 4:26 pm on 11/15/22 Tuesday and the doors were locked. Should have been open to 5pm. Another example of Truist customer service!

I needed to make a hefty withdraw and the staff was very helpful and understanding. They even gave me a nice zipper bag to hold the cash. I think that a lot of the negative reviews are from people with an overdeveloped sense of entitlement. These people have to do their job right to protect your identity and assets. I give a 5 star review for customer satisfaction.

Excellent service provided by Courtney. She went out of her way to help us out in understanding what services we needed from the bank. Extremely patient and professional. I felt valued as a long term customer. This is my go to bank hands down.

Extremely rude tellers. I dealt with Maria. She’s was very rude and refused me to talk to a branch manager. But I’ve been with this bank for ten years and never experienced service like I’ve dealt with today

I had rated 1 star earlier but I increased it to 3 because service time did improve. However, sometimes they randomly lock the doors, and then drive thru can be slow. One benefit is that the workers themselves are very thorough, very kind, and amazing people. I have never been treated anything less than satisfactory here, so A+ for the workers! My only complaint is long lines sometimes

The bank publishes that they're only taking in-person inquiries by appointments only. I make a reservation, wait two days for my appointment, and arrive to find out there are no branch managers to assist at this location. My information is now being referred to another branch manager that will call me in about three days. I never have a great experience at this branch but this one was the icing on the cake for me.

I am dissapointed . I feel like I am being fed a bunch of technicalities and nothing is really being done to reassure me . I have been dealing with a fraud case where a large amount of money left my account. I had to wait a inconvenient amount of time for the "pending fraud " charges to drop off . The reason I am so dissapointed is because I thought the case resolved itself and I received my money back . After checking my account like a mad man , today I noticed my money back in my account . It was a good day ....until the same "fraud charges " hit my account that was supposed to be blocked , suspended ,etc . I even attempted to call customer service who I am reassured is just a empathy call center with no solutions , to move my.money over to a safe account and they could not . I am frustrated , tired , confused and feel like I should not have to go through this to safely secure the money I work for .

We have a business account with this bank and all the tellers except for the Hispanic gentleman at the drive thru provides horrible customer service. I feel sorry for anyone with a personal account that has to deal with these tellers. I dread coming in here. I think they all must hate their jobs. I expect more from a bank that I do business with! Stay away from this location! I always thought highly of BB&T until I transferred locations! Jermaine is the worst and I'm sure his attitude has a lot to do with the rest of the tellers!

Check says "pay to the order of ME!" And this bank was to charge me a fee for cashing a check because I don't have an account with BB&T. (It was a BB&T check) If that's not sticking it to the little guy, please tell me what is! It wasn't a lot of money but why should i give BB&T money for a payment I earned? That is when capitalism gets ugly! "B"andits "B"urglars & "T"hieves (BB&T)
