I came today near closing time to straighten something out with my debit card caused by the merge from SunTrust to Truist, and although it took a group effort to solve the issue, Martha and Jose happily stayed a little late to get me all squared away. Martha was by far the most pleasant and helpful person I've ever experienced at any bank branch location and Jose was very knowledgeable as well! Thanks for all your help! 😁 Bonus - it seems like most of the employees at this location are bilingual!

During the day, we came in to make a large withdraw from our account and when we arrived back at home, we counted the money and realized we were missing $1000 from the total amount. We immediately returned to the branch to recoup the missing funds, however the bank said there were no errors while the transaction took place. Our $1000 "magically" disappeared and no one knows where it went to. Hmmm...... Seem strange? We are now missing $1000. Make sure you count your money at the window and avoid this branch if possible. (The name of the teller was Kamilah)

this is possibly the worst bank in existence. they employees are rude, incompetent, and lazy. avoid this bank at all costs. you're literally better off putting your money under your mattress than putting it in this bank.

This bank is racist. They charge is I call the call center. The overdraft fees are ridiculous. I hate this bank so much!!!! Like all of them are unprofessional. 0 stars

Every time I come here, the tellers are incredibly slow and they all love to pass the buck with anything outside the normal request. They couldn't tell me how long it would take to send a rebuttal letter that I would need to fill out but they said if they don't get the letter within 10 business days that they would close my claim of fraud. Hmm convenient! Avoid this location at all costs.

Spoke with a relationship banker named Rashida that was incredibly rude over the phone. She initially spoke too fast over the phone and was unapologetic about it, she was not helpful at all about a simple inquiry I had that I have inquired about in the past. As a customer with a business relationship with them for over seven years this was a very disconcerting interaction. I think a talk with her about consistent customer service is warranted.
