Brian has ALWAYS gone out of his way to be polite, kind and best of all professional when it comes to either selling or servicing the awesome bicycle that I bought from him! So don’t be afraid to ask him about a rental (I wanna rent one of his SWEET custom road bikes soon since I may want to upgrade soon!) or if you’re looking for a wild new ride, he’ll be happy to share his diverse and wonderful history of knowledge with you to find a good fit for you and yours!! 😀

This place is the best! Brian and his wife hooked us up with bikes, even though we were last minute on a holiday. They were super attentive and made sure we were squared away, everything fit, etc. Some amazing bikes and amazing stories in this shop too! Can't wait to come back.

The shop owner was friendly and knowledgeable about local bike trails and wineries where we could stop for tastings. The rental bikes were high quality and in great shape! Easy on online reservation system. Highly recommend!

Brian fixed up my old garage klunker in first rate. Next day service. Called me to check about additional services he saw needed after he got into it. Came in at his estimated price. Bike works beautifully now. A great bike shop.

This is the best bike shop around. We rented bikes to go on the bike trail (West County Regional Trail) from Forestville to Sebastopol. They were super friendly and gave us great tips for the trail. We were also able to rent a trailer for our dog. A great bike trail and a great shop next to the trail.

I attended my friend's wedding celebration in Guerneville, CA, having made the trip from Ohio. California is a beautiful place, much more than the bustling metropolises and beach life. Our group rented bikes, for those who could not bring their own, and rode around the area, enjoying the Redwoods, sights, and smells on a cool Saturday morning. Our Marin 21-speed bikes (pre-arranged) were delivered promptly at 9AM and we found them in outstanding condition, configured for our heights. They came with baskets, helmets, lock, and some friendly suggestions on where to go, what to see, and how best to enjoy our ride. The very reasonable rate, free delivery, and friendliness of the staff (I forget her name, sorry, there was a wedding party later that night and some things are hazy) made their service outstanding in my opinion. I highly recommend River Riders bike rentals.
