After buying my car here as an out of state buyer - the dealership had reset the check engine light code clearly, seeing that it came on about 15 minutes after leaving the dealership. I took the car in today for the first time after only putting 4K miles on it since buying it (bought used with 38k mikes). I was informed there is a crack in the turbo, as well as a number of other serious issues that was described to me as something that the dealership would have to be very negligent to not have known this issue existed (or let’s be honest). THE TOTAL AMOUNT FOR THE REPAIRS IS $6000. THIS IS THE MOST UNETHICAL, DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Luis, their financing manager dragged his feet for months on cancelling my after market warranty (clearly wanting to keep his commission). After 4 emails and two calls following up he finally did it a few weeks back, just in time for my engine to basically blow up. This was all AFTER it took almost 9 months to get the registration for my car. Please please please, avoid this place at all cost. Not honest, trusting people.

Buying my new Audi RS5 from Fresno Audi was a joy. I was there to look for another Porsche but had the good luck to meet JJ, who showed me this Audi and I fell in love with the car. He was simply the best. As a woman of a certain age, I appreciated how he immediately took me seriously (some salesmen make the mistake of dismissing lone women shopping for cars as not serious buyers), as well as his thorough knowledge about the cars. I have owned Corvettes, Porsches, and BMW roadsters in the past and I can honestly say my new RS5 is my favorite! Thank you Fresno Audi and JJ. JJ, you steered me into the best car for me!

A rare stinker of a review: I’ve attempted twice to order a 150k vehicle from this dealership and have been nothing but disrespected or ignored by the sales staff, so I went to literally the next Audi dealership in Santa Ana, CA and ordered the same car with no dealer markup. 🤦🏻♂️ I’ve heard the service center is great and the owner has great social game, but as far as buying experience this place is a wasteland and considering how bad the auto buying experience is in Fresno, that’s saying something.

I have had the worst experience with their service center. After driving off the lot with a brand new Audi I noticed a part that was defect on my window, not a huge deal. We scheduled to replace. Since then I have experienced the worst customer service and my vehicle is now in worse condition than when when I brought it in. I purchased my vehicle in May 2022 and as of today my vehicle is not repaired and they will not respond to my emails or voicemails I have left with the service manager. Would not recommend the Fresno Audi dealership to any friends, family or stranger.

I love my Q7! But, I must say going to the dealership for service has really downgraded. On my last visit for service I went in for 2 reasons and not sure if they were both completed as it was not noted in the service report I received (which I didn't read until I got back home to Visalia). Now, I may have to go back. Also, there was no water stocked in the fridge on that hot summer day and due to staff shortage my vehicle did not receive the complimentary car wash that it usually done upon service completion. You almost get the feel that the company is struggling. I hope not they sell beautiful vehicles.

I visited this location several times on both the Audi and Porsche side of the lot. Very good inventory with some rare automobiles here. I have an Audi S8 and love the brand including reliability and quality, including power and comfort. I highly recommend this place for sales and service needs! Even the Parts department was a pleasure to do business with as well, very responsive on the phone and will give you parts availability right away. Overall a pleasant experience.

We didn’t buy our Q7 at this location but you would think we were long-standing customers. Hugo, in service, is the best! I feel like I am dropping off my car with a family member for service. He is excellent at keeping me up-to-date and explaining things to me. Great guy and awesome service department.

Quite frankly, I found Audi Fresno willing to work with me under my terms. I tried a few local dealerships in the Bay Area and just did not feel they really wanted my business. Replies back via email were delayed and most asked that I come into the dealership. I was comfortable shopping from home. I was familiar with the product, and I understood the industry lingo. I feel Audi Fresno was the only dealership working at earning my business. From the beginning, Chris Williams and staff there really worked at getting my business. There were a few back and forth emails as I worked the deal from my angle, and I had a competing dealership down south willing the beat the deal I agreed upon. But I was a man of my word, and honored my business with Chris. The experience was beyond painless. In fact, the smoothest transaction I've ever had at a dealership. Overall, I grade Chris Williams, a representative of Audi Fresno, with outstanding remarks. If a letter grade were to be assigned, I would give an A+. Please understand that I do not impress easily, and I rarely ever give anything an A+ in grading, so do know I am exceptionally pleased. If ever I'm in need of a new Audi, I know for a fact I'll be going to Audi Fresno.
