NEVER EVER GET SERVICE HERE! NEVER NEVER NEVER! Went in for an oil change. Had to tell my landlord that my car started leaking after this oil change. Landlord was both understanding and upset FOR ME because there was NEVER an oil leak before on the driveway. 329 miles later and my oil light has come on. Thanks a f’n lot. Pics are degreaser I had to buy and my f’n oil light. Hope you’re having fun screwing people over. Service: Oil change

The mechanics seem to do a good job, would have been a 4 or 5 star review if they were the only ones I interacted with. The owner/manager/guy-in-charge? is very difficult to work with. If you go in for an oil change and your car is not in *pristine* condition, be prepared for him badger you for half an hour to get more work done. Not proud of it, but after 20 minutes of saying no, an oil change cost me $470; I just got tired and had the cash to cover it (what he was counting on). ALSO, if you go in to have a specific part or assembly replaced (let's just pretend it's the non functional electric motor in the radiator fan assembly that needs to be replaced in whole because that's how the replacement parts are packaged), be prepared for a ~$170 "diagnostic" fee. I managed to get that cut in half, but they refused to just do the requested service without some sort of unnecessary fee (about 15% in my case, like a tipping on the actual service). They even had the gall to tell me that they had "figured out the problem" when I picked it up. The best strategy if you need this type of service from Good Guys is to NOT GIVE THEM "SYMPTOMS" when they ask. Example, Q: "is the vehicle overheating?" A: "No, the fan assembly needs to be replaced." Q: "do you hear any noises?" A: "No, the fan assembly needs to be replaced." etc... If you don't, 1/3rd or more of the cost of minor repairs will be due to this "diagnostic" fee. The tl;dr My new car will keep going to the dealership for service, and I will find somewhere else to take my old car because I could never afford to replace it if I kept taking it to Good Guys to repair it.

I want to thank Nick (one of the Managers) for his honesty and integrity. Our Daughter's boyfriend took his car in to get two new rear tires. The service was fine and seemed there was no issue with anything. After a few minutes on the road his ABS and Brake lights on the dash came on. This usually indicates a problem with the ABS system. Certainly, something you do not expect when getting tires and find out "great, the tire shop did something to the car and they wont fess up." We started with a phone call and they agreed to look at the car to see if perhaps something happened. After a few hours in the shop Nick returned a call to admit that unfortunately they had put the wrong tire size on the car causing the computer to report an ABS malfunction due to the front tires spinning at a different rate that the rear. After a thorough explanation he apologized for the mistake and took measures to make it right. We ended up with better tires than what we paid for as well an experience where when a mistake is made, they did the right thing. You just do not see this often in todays day and age and nobody wants to take responsibility for their own actions. We all make mistakes and I am grateful as well as humbled that managers like Nick have integrity and honesty. I personally have never been to Good Guys but they have earned my trust and will definitely visit for my next vehicle need. Service: Tires

Had a flat with warranty and they said we will take 15 bux off new tire so mount and balance was 110 forget this center so much for a waste of money on road hazard and bs plus car always pulled after 4wheel alignment
