The menu items are 15% bigger than 15 years ago but the price is 400% more expensive. Other than that, it was good👍

Stopped by with the family after a movie. Grabbed the boys those $5 Biggie Bags that come with a burger (3 options of hamburger or a chicken sandwich), fries, 4 chicken nuggets and a drink. It was plenty to fill them up. Hard to do that for $5 anywhere else these days. I got a burger combo that was twice the price, unfortunately the burger wasn't much bigger than what we got the boys. The fries were very good. The burgers were fine (mine had the little fried onion crisps on it, they were really good and added a nice flavor). The boys thought the chicken nuggets were really good. The staff was awesome, very friendly. When we went in, only one other family was there and they left before our food even came out, but one member of the staff (whose name tag I never saw) came out and chatted with the boys, asking if they had started school, what grades they were in, if they liked school, etc. He was very nice, and the boys, who are usually shy with strangers at first, were very comfortable with him. He later brought them out a complimentary Strawberry Frosty. The manager, Shannon, was very friendly and helpful as well. Wendy's will become a more regular part of our going out to eat rotation.

I didn't want to be "that guy" and leave a bad review on a fast food place. Especially since I love Wendy's, but this has to be one of the worst experiences I've had with them. It took five or more minutes for them to actually take my order as I patiently waited at the front counter. I saw flies around the kitchen and behind the counter. Then after finally paying I went to the restroom, which was relatively clean but the sink had no water running so I couldn't even wash my hands (thankfully there was some hand sanitizer outside). I ordered a $5 biggie bag, and the food wasn't that great. The quality was like I assembled it at home like a sandwich by myself. The condiment/napkin area had a load of gnats flying all around it. Along with a few other miscellaneous issues. I genuinely hope you guys can improve, since this is right by my college and I would have liked to be able to come here for lunch.

This was my first trip to a Wendy's in quite some time and I was, quite honestly, very disappointed. I got a single with cheese, fries and a Frosty and none of it was up to par. The burger was really bland, the fries had absolutely no crispness to them at all (almost soggy) and the Frosty was really lacking in flavor.... I almost couldn't even taste the chocolate at all. What a disappointment.... 😩

Wow, this food came from Wendy's?? Hadn't eaten at a Wendy's in years since I felt like their quality went downhill. Was driving through Gainesville and needed something fast to eat, so I stopped - let's just say my expectations were not high, but I needed food. I couldn't have been more surprised with what I got. The burger was DELICIOUS - juicy, fresh, just the right balance between the meat, bun, and toppings. The fries were fresh and also outstanding. Now I can't stop talking about it. Planning a trip to Gainesville just for a Wendy's burger!

The people at window were very nice. My hit honey spicy chciksn sandwich was awesome. The French fries were hot and fresh as well. What else could you ask for. Their lemonade are the best I've had anywhere, i get half strawberry and half pineapple mango.

This restaurant has been updated and looks great but the staff couldn’t keep up with the drive thru. I waited for my order of chili and a frosty only to find out they had no spoons. 1 star isn’t low enough
