Very rude! My mom went to get her medicine and this Indian women had the worse attitude. Very disrespectful. I understand we all have bad days but if you’re not happy where you’re at quit. Don’t take it out on customers. Especially when people aren’t being rude to you. Never again.

I am very pleased with the level of customer service and care with the pharmacy at Ingram. I had to return to work in a classroom setting and needed a flue shot. Even though it was only 5 minutes before the staff’s lunch break, they accommodated me. The pharmacist, Tekel explained a number of things to be aware in the “time of COVID “then gave me the vaccination. He is quiet knowledgeable but irres on the side of caution.

Beware! This company is completely out of touch and will soon be destroyed by the likes of amazon and others, not due to competitive pressure , but to the incompetence of their customer service culture and complete incompetence! I purchased an item online because it was available for pick up at the location near me. I drove to the store only to find out it was not there!! I requested a refund 40 min after the original purchase and as of today after almost 4 weeks and 4 customer service calls they processed a refund request. If you own stock in this company sell sell fast!! Run as far from here as possible. They are not going to survive.

This pharmacy received my script 3 hours ago and still telling me that i will have to wait 45 more minutes for it to be filled i do not recommend for any human use this pharmacy. They apparently dont know what they are doing

Online the hours for automotive say 8:00 pm closing. I showed up 6:57pm with temporary tire in desperate need of tire and hispanic guy says they close at 7:00pm. We said online says 8p. He argued with us. No compassion for desperate situation. We asked for manager and he refused us that. They are heartless and don't want to help customers in dire need of service.

They never have any of my prescriptions and when u go in or on the phone they are rude and unprofessional I will be switching pharmacy as soon as possible
