The drive through takes longer than it should. Geneva was very unprofessional and continued her personal conversation while helping me. I had to repeat myself several times because she wasn't listening.

I'm tired of being treated so poorly at this pharmacy. I just spoke to a girl that was rushing me and refused to tell me the cash price for my medications. They lied to me in the drive up earlier today about a medication that they said is pending my insurance, then the lady on the phone said that's not why it's pending, it's because they don't carry the type of medication anymore and they need the doctor to approve another type. When I told her what the guy in the drive thru told me she just scoffed at me, When I said thank you, she didn't say anything...she just hung up on me. They don't appreciate me but you know what? I don't have to deal withtheir rudeness. I think it's time to switch pharmacies.

Every time I've actually been inside the store it's been a positive experience. I do not recommend going through the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions, there's almost always a long line. You'll be waiting there for like half an hour, instead, I highly recommend their prescription delivery service, it's free, and you get your prescriptions in a day or two

One of the most absolute worst drive thru just to pick up a prescription. If you have the patience and like waiting for 1 hour have at it. But, it is the worst of them all.

I went inside to pick up some photos and the manager, Taylor, was a very rude to me. I asked her where the photo department was just sort of grunted and pointed to the back, she didn't even ask me whether I was tension or picking up. When I realized the photo department was just a kiosk I walked back and she was helping somebody else. When I express my displeasure she was very rude to me and explained that she wasn't arguing with me but she was just telling me that she answered my question, and said I shouldn't be upset because I didn't ask the right question. She didn't even apologize. Worst customer service ever

I went to the Hanford Ca. CVS yesterday to get my covid vaccination. They were absolutely amazing! The whole process was easy, no standing in long lines and the staff conducting the process were friendly I don't know of anything that has been easier ! Thank you so much! Cheryl

My prescription was submitted in the morning yesterday. I went to pick it up seven hours later and after half hour of waiting in line, it was not ready. I had to go to work so I came back today. I've literally been in line for over 45 minutes. Wish me luck, hopefully they have it ready

Went in to pick up a prescription. Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told to join another line because I was a new customer. Waited 10 minutes in that line where my information was taken. Then I was told I needed to wait another 20 minutes and then join the very first line I stood in when I arrived (another half hour) As far as I am concerned this is piss poor service, lacks procedural structures that are customer centered & has some staff that need training in proper customer care. I prefer to do business with companies that understand the importance of customers and recognize that we collectively are their bread and butter. Get it together CVS on Lacey in Hanford, stop treating customers like they don't matter.

This is the new CVS in Hanford. They try, but they are so busy that it takes forever to get a script filled. Go ahead and try to call the pharmacy. My doctor called me and said my prescription would be at Rite Aid across the street because no one ever answered when they call CVS. Furthermore, I had to pay out of pocket for 3 months there even though I had insurance that worked at every other pharmacy. If you must go there, talk to Charlotte. She took care of me when all the others couldnt, or didn't know how. She went above and beyond!!
