Excellent customer service and pharmacy staff! Yall who yapping about pharmacy taking forever or out of stock medications, get educated in pharmacy and work on the other side and u will then understand why. Try filling 1000+ medications a day then an unexpected occur such as short staff or maybe system goes down that then backs up the orders. You do know that the staff has to answer calls, fill medications in which they have to count manually and sometimes even for 90 day supplies, do cashier duties, call insurance, and take in the orders so they are not octopus with many arms. People are so lazy they ask the pharmacy staff to call insurance or Dr. When it makes it much faster to call own so the staff can continue to fill and not cause a back up.. Furthermore, the pharmacy can only order a limited amount of medications from pharmaceutical companies thus why sometimes medications get out of stock especially during flu season.there are regulations and procedures so think before you speak. You idiots the pharmacy is not a warehouse or medications lab so before you rant use ur heads

The pharmacy cashier named, Nina has no customer service or competence. She is rude, and took nearly 17 minutes to complete the purchase of my prescriptions. Once the purchase was complete, I tried to remain kind and tell her, "thank you and to have a good day" and she just shoved my prescriptions at me and walked away. Very UNHELPFUL, I'm going to change my pharmacy to Costco because of her inability.

Worst ever zero stars. Asked a question to this young ping and treated me like trash while I was level headed he had a bad demeanor I will never shop here again I would drive way across town to the other one even though this one is walking distance. I work customer service and for me to say this place is bad. Even though I deal with customers myself is an eye opening to customers that want to be treated like human being so beings I rarely take time for a review but wow. My experience ruined my night and made m question if I really want to live in this town any longer because this towns service is horrible. But no other place is as horrible as employees at this place

WORST WORST WORST **AVOID*** I have never NOT had an issue or major problem at this sloppyily run joke of a pharmacy. My family warmed me after they consistently got bad service, wrong meds and wrong amounts and I should have listed. CVS on Fargo and Lacey is a JOKE and a DISGRACE. They are constantly shorting my meds (which they assume YOU are a junky for calling them out) they NEVER answer the phone. They almost always tell me my refill is ready on the phone, I go in and it’s NOT ready, then I call the doctor who assured me they got it ready, then MIRACULOUSLY it is actually filled when you call them out on it and then I get home and my 30 day supply is MISSING 16 packages pills!! It’s an everyday medicine. I got back in and they say SORRY you can’t ask for more pills! WTF, avoid this sorry excuse for a pharm AT ALL COSTS! I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and too much of my time, money and HEALTH for too long. Like I told the Pharmacist 10 minutes ago, you will never get my business again.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I had the pleasure of returning an unneeded item yesterday. When I called to find out info on why my refund has not been returned to my bank. (Bank states the return is pending on CVS' end, meaning they haven't processed it yet, smdh) the clerk Maria gave me pure teenage additude. Like I was bothering her at work, when asking a question about why my money had not been processed yet. She put me on hold mid sentence. When I called her back regarding her manager's name, she said she had customers; I am pretty sure that I am considered a customer. She did not have time to give me the manager's name. But she had time to say all that though, and put me on hold again. I had to call the pharmacy in order to get the store manager who was currently working name. The two-head managers which are working tomorrow, names. And the customer service number in order to Lodge a formal complaint. And had block my number in order for them to anwser the phone and not put me on hold instantly. Also, in order to speak to Chris the current manager working. Who assured me he's never had a complaint about this person before. Right I seriously doubt that. So, if you want your day to be ruined and get attitude or feel like you being a customer is in any way shape or form a terrible thing...... Go to CVS and deal with Maria and Chris and the rest of their staff, excluding the pharmacy that is. What happened to the customer's always right or what happened to the customer being treated like a person? Worst CVS experience of my life! Have you I'm from CA, but lived in 10 different states and several cities across this country. #WorstCVSEver

Pharmacist would not take my good RX pharmacy card for my Norco prescription. I have used this card for Norcros twice with no issues. Made me use my old insurance Anthem Blue Cross which cost me $12 more and was cancelled in January 2018 She also scolded me about using Walgreens as my pharmacy telling me that I HAD TO USE CVS for my pharmacy or she would fill my prescription s anymore. Well guess what I never ever Ever use that pharmacy again. EVER.. She was a heavier set darker skinned lady couldn't really tell which nationality. Was working on Friday March 24 2018.

Average in all areas. Pharmacy members and cashiers super friendly and honest- don't get any film developed here as they don't come out great half of the time.
