Movers were professional & Responsive. I got the good value spend on the moving service. They pickup the big crate for me from the custom warehouse. Break the big wood box. Deliver my furnitutre inside my house. Dump the wood. I will use them again.

Sanjeet and Sukh we’re amazing movers, I was honestly shocked. My stairs are very hard to move on as it is curved and very tight. They took their time to wrap everything, and make sure they didn’t touch anything!!! Incredible team. They came to pick up furniture we are selling and now we just hired them to move our entire house with how impressed we were!!! Best movers we’re about to hire for our move!! Thank you guys for being safe, and very detailed. We’re very attentive and very focused. Efficient and fast yet safe movers!! Thank you guys!!! If you’re looking for movers these guys are the best.

Sam and Abhi are excellent guys I hadn't elaborated because I was so busy after the move. Thinking back, the whole experience, from booking the service to actually completing the move, was smooth. Very impressed by the quick and efficient service. The lads showed up right on time, helped me with minor taping of the boxes, and took great care while moving electronics, furniture, and glass packages. I'd highly recommend Available Movers to anyone looking for movers, and would definitely employ their services in the future.

Would NOT recommend at all. What was most disappointing, like what other customers have mentioned, is how DISRESPECTFUL the team was. They were DISMISSIVE when I asked them to be careful telling me “don’t overthink”, “I have been doing this for 4 years”, then damaged an expensive piece of furniture with NO APOLOGY or reimbursement (ignore their $50000 insurance - they won’t use it). Feeling they wouldn’t listen to me, as a woman, I called my husband to come in from work early to deal with the movers. They also ask for payment up front at the drop off site based on estimated number of hours, but don’t give money back if they don’t use the entire time. They refused to reassemble a piece of furniture even though it was supposed to be included (and they had 30 min left in the 5 hours I had paid for). They were disorganized, furniture/mattresses will not be properly shrink wrapped. They lost the sofa legs (or left it at the first site). From now on I will spend the slightly extra money and go with a professional company like AMJ Campbell (who I had a much better experience with). The hassle and rudeness of this company is not worth it.

Sam and Sanjit are two professionals in their field. Courteous and patient, they disassembled moved and reassembled our furniture as requested. They were careful not to damage the furniture or walls/floor. I would recommend them without reservation.

Sam Rummy Sanjeet absolutely the best guys I have ever had for moving! I normally would not make a review but they were so kind and patient. My mom had broke her wrist so we really needed movers. They showed up when we needed them last minute and they did the whole move so quick and efficient. They are strong and really got to work. They did not waste any time and it was very reasonable on cost considering they had a pretty tough job. I recommend them to anyone neededing reliable movers!!

I have used GEM MOVING twice, i must say there service has been amazing. pictures show everything, they do great wrapping and protecting stuff. last time i wasn't able to acknowledge there service but this time i wanted people to know how great they are doing. i have recommended them to my friends and family in past and they told me good things about them aswell. i would highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful company I have ever dealt with. I lost my $200 deposit, don’t let yourself fall for this trap! I called to have movers to come and informed them that I had already disassembled my furniture and just require moving. I was told the prices, agreed and provided a $200 deposit. When the movers arrived, they then asked for $400 before they would start and then said it is a minimum of 4 hours labour even if we spend only an hour or two. I reluctantly agreed to the price of $100/hour in the contract after one of the movers started shouting saying whatever happens I will not get my deposit back. I asked the mover to be respectful and there was no need to shout and next thing, the mover said the price is $150/ hour and that is the only way the job will be done. The mover said that whatever is in the contract has to be the price, he then said the extra cost of moving the treadmill is $50, not $40 stated in their contract. The mover kept changing their words and said that I would need to pay the full amount of the move before they unload any of my furniture. I did not want to risk them changing their words again with my furniture in their possession so I asked them to leave. This company is a scam. Do not use!!!
