Ive had nothing but issues with this ATM. We need more!! Today took the cake. I deposited a check and it kept it. Manager returned my call and helped me out which I am happy for.

Never had a bad experience at a US Bank, including this one. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. I also really like the location; Hayward downtown is pretty nice can just walk outside and grab a nice bite to eat or relax in the park. If I need any banking services I am more than happy to drop into this location.

Shamar is a great banker but Emani is the dumbest bank teller I've ever come across you practically see the drool coming out her mouth when trying to work a computer. Took 40 minutes to activate a card. Thanks Emani.

BEWARE CAR BUYERS> Bought a vehicle from private seller and used US Bank as the lender to finance vehicle in 08/2018. I contacted the branch in 12/2018 as I have no paperwork or registration from DMV. US Bank told me not to worry about it that it would work itself out and that Shamar Scatliffe was in contact with the seller to obtain the title. The title went missing, the bank never followed up on the missing title and it did not resolve itself. In 01/2019 after multiple visits to the branch, speaking with Shamar, he and the branch recommended that I submit various forms to DMV myself. To which each time DMV stated the forms were either filled out incorrectly or that I was not allowed to file the forms as I am not the registered owner. The bank went as far as bringing in the original seller to have duplicate forms filled out to which again DMV would not accept from me. This process continued throughout the month of January. Finally Shamar and the lending department decide to obtain the necessary paperwork to finish processing my autoloan. On 03/04/2019 Shamar notifies me all necessary paperwork was submitted back on 02/11/19 and that I will be getting my paperwork and registration as soon as DMV processes the paperwork which could take 2-3 months. I contact DMV the next business day and am told the paperwork was submitted, denied due to incomplete fees and sent back the same week of 02/11 and US Bank should have already received the paperwork back. I notified Shamar what DMV stated, and am now awaiting some more incompetent banking practices by this branch. I don't even drive the vehicle as the tags have expired 11/2018 and I am worried what might occur as I am not the registered owner in the event of a traffic stop or an accident yet I continue to have to pay insurance and a car note.
