Shady broad Karen played games and trying to snake everything my wife own started playing games when my father got sick had to take him to nor cal then he and passed away in July wouldn't talk to me because my wife rented the unit even with her saying to talk to me you sure had to talk to one of my lawyers didn't you Karen you won't get over and steal my things this time I'm in town got in this am see ya soon.....

I assisted a deaf friend of mine move his belongings from this facility. Upon arriving we found his unit was double locked because he was late paying rent. He was unaware of the late rent. Oh I forgot to mention my friend is also unable to speak. We gathered past rent up plus fees only to be billed another complete months rent for 4 days usage. The manager a very Rude woman, said the facility holds a credit card to secure unpaid rent but would not charge it without the renter calling in and authorizing it. Did I fail to mention my friend is unable to speak? Maybe this complaint should be directed to a disabled persons attorney instead of here!

If I could give it lower rate I would! Managers are rude and untrustworthy. Don't ever use this place, unless you like your rent raised quadruple In 2 months. Without reason!

These guys are ridiculous I accidentally pocket called and they are charging me 25.00 because she called me back 10 min later. Ouch I need a new storage
