They very understaffed and I spent 5 hours there saturday January 29th due to constant calls and customers walking in. That's just crazy. IF you get put hold expect it to be 20 to 30 min wait. BECAUSE ONLY 1 OR 2 EMPLOYEES DOING ALL OF IT.

Liberty service is No Good people will pay for their taxes to be prepared and they will still take money out your taxes to cover the payment that mean you pay twice to get your taxes prepared also they charge to do your paperwork for stimulus payment and they charge which it should not be a fee.

They over charge, play with the figures, and take money from you if you owe financial aid they will take more $ and say it was your debt collector. They charge way too much to prepare taxes and they never contact you back after leaving messages. I give them a zero but it made me put one star
