It was my first time going to a Versace Outlet. The staffs are very friendly and kind. Especially, the lady Marcy C, helped us to find a nice red quilted tote bag and a red wallet to our mom for a new year present. Highly recommended to Marcy C at this store. She will make you happy with a really nice bag.

So!!! Your staff is terrible especially the guy standing right in the first table on the left right in front of a few bags. Christopher if I am not wrong!! My husband had been bending down to pick up something cz we had many bags and his mask slid down his nose but was still there. We are not stupid that in this situation of rising covid cases we will open the mask and roam around. He was extremely extremely rude. He literally screams saying he will throw us out and that he can’t babysit people. Babysit really???? Seriously?? So this is how you guys train your staff to build customer relationship!! Terrible experience!!! And yes no greeting from anybody and people hardly helping. Look at other stores!! They welcome so warmly! Seen people roaming around without masks they say so nicely. The name and fame won’t be there for long if you continue building customer relationship like this!!! Zero tolerance and zero patience in staff! Ridiculous!

Very nice clothes. Not much is my style, but I like it more when it's over 50% off their own prices. Xmas sale time is great. Micheal Kors brand company just bought Versace. 3/30/21: Finally I found 2 shirts & flip flops that fit me, so I bought them. 4/5/21: I went 🔙 to buy what I saw there on 3/30/21. Jacob helped me. He was so helpful. I appreciated his professionalism. I bought more of the tee-shirts I liked, more flip flops, & the 🌬️ windbreaker I liked with their pattern on it. May, 2021: I found 2 pair of sweat 💦 pants 👖 👖 that fit ok. June, 2021. The only thing in my size that I liked was a blue 🔵 tee 👕. 6/25/21: Their 🚽 toilet 🌊💦 water smells great/

Just went into this store today. The second I walked in, no one greeted me. One guy was on his phone and a girl was sitting down doing nothing while I walked by her. I was interested in a belt and asked if they had a different size and they just said no without looking for one or even turning to look at me. I’ve bought many things from this brand and many others and I’ve never been treated this way. They didn’t take me seriously because I am younger than the normal costumer. I felt unwanted in this store. I do not recommend coming here!!!!

I Went to the store the system was down. Was told that they will send me an order number and do an online purchase the next day and have the products shipped, and now a week and a half later and I still have not received my parcel, I tried to contact the store the phone just keeps ringing and no one answered, I tried to text the guy who did the transaction and I was given a number of a different person. I asked if they can contact FedEx to figure out what’s going and if they can open a case and give me an option of pick up because I was told by a FedEx rep that only the sender can do so, and they should to contact them, but the Versace staff keep telling the same excuse without even trying to attempt to contact FedEx. The parcel is still at FedEx no movement or activity, I finally request a refund and told them specifically to contact fedex to have the package returned back to them, and I was told that a manager will contact me regarding the refund and still didn’t get back to me to issue a refund. Today I get text from one of the employees saying the package was delivered signed for after I specifically told them I didn’t want the package 5 days ago because it’s was time consuming their service was terrible, no one was home to sign this package my neighbors didn’t sign and no one from the leasing office signed and no signs of this package. I responded back but like usual no one takes this serious and no one gets back to me, now I have to file a claim to get my refund back for a package that was never received, this is by far the worse customer service I’ve experienced, and to this day two weeks later not even herd from the manager once, and I will never shop from this store again. Absolutely the worse of the worse customer experience ever.

Ordered some dinner plates via online store. the shipper/person who sent the package to UPS didn't put in the correct address. UPS then delivered to wrong address, then corrected with the help of mychoiceUPS, I'm still awaiting for delivery. Meanwhile, I tried to contact Versace via phone, as usual.. after 3 rings, it says no agent is available and disconnects the call. tried 7 times.. throughout the day but no luck. sent an email finally. awaiting response.

They will never have your size if you are an XL in every other store, they're always out of things you might be looking for. The customer service sucks pretty bad, save your money and find a different designer to shop at.

We are a regular customer from Versace. In fact, we have bought couple items from them. Our last visit was very memorable in a negative way. While we were there, we checked out several items and ended not liking the items enough to buy them. When we handed the items back,to this Asian lady, she looked down on us as if we can't afford the items" At first we were taken back at her comment, then we confronted her that you shouldn't talk to your customer like that. She immediately told us that it was a long day but offer no apology. And shooed us away by gesturing us to the door. I asked her if I could talk to her manager. She proudly announced that she is the GM there. We were really offended, and thinking the company - Versace would have never supported her action. So we called Versace and followed up with them about this matter for almost 2 months and demanded an apology from the GM, but instead the matter is closed and there is NO apology given from the GM --Shirley. Considering how she is treating the customer and the company is behind her. I am taking my business somewhere else like Gucci!

I had a horrible experience at that store! I bought a coat for $560.00 & couple days later returned it for an exchange, because it didn't look right on me. They didn't have anything that I really loved right then, so they gave me a store credit. When I finally found something to use that store credit, I was told, I already used it up. I couldn't believe it! I was treated like a criminal! I could scream every time I think of it, I'm sooo upset! The manager said, they'll look into it, but NOBODY EVER CALLED ME BACK! I was shopping that brand for the last 25-30 years in different Versace stores ( without any problem), but after they ripped me off of $560.00 I would not go near it!
