Branch is very close to the USC Campus, so they get a lot of students opening accounts. Ms. Candy Vera provided exceptional customer service when opening our son's account! It seemed to me that all employees at the Branch are committed to great Customer Service. Very happy with our choice!

I don’t like banks, but I definitely prefer Citi over others. The customer service has been great over the many years I’ve banked with them. I miss some of the previous managers. The problems are with the decision makers, not the employees with whom we interact.

The people who work here think they are vigilantes when they’re actually just super racist.

They make zero efforts to help you when you have a problem. They make you jump through so many hoops and they don't care to help you or answer their phone. I left so many voicemails and no one made the effort to call me back. Don't waste your time going to the branch. You are better off trying to get customer service to help you.

The branch manager Sergio Lopez is RUDE and and unprofessional. He has no idea how to run a bank and should not be working in a field that requires strong customer relations since he has horrible people skills!

Horrific experience I ever had because they didn't accept my pell grant check, which I was suppose to get cash like all Citibanks do but I don't understand why didn't they do it here. Not worth going there. I recommend everyone to go by Koreatown branch down by Wilshire Blvd and Normandíe.

Citibank has serious problems with customer service. They offer services and products and promise they will be easy, transparent and timely. They are none of the above. As very long time customers we have been put on wild goose chases and have been asked multiple times to produce the same documents. They seem to have a hard time telling the difference between a 1099 and a W-2. They lose documents and expect the client to keep producing new copies and faxing and emailing these to them. It has been months since we started the process for an ESA . They told us because of our financial relationship with the bank and our high FICA score, that this would be simple and a no Brainer. It seems like it is a no brainer on their part. WE HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS BANK AFTER OVER 35 YEARS AS CLIENTS.

Was there for about 5mins to open an account, they had people waiting for over 30mins with about 3 staff members just sitting around .. definitely the worst customer service I've ever seen. Highly recommend another bank !
