I hardly ever give reviews but felt this one was necessary. I haven’t upgraded in 4 years and tonight Cody & Devon provided great customer service after all other stores were closed . I was 3rd in line to be helped and only waited 5 minutes for associate Cody to help me an upgrade . I was in and out within 20-30 min which is a record for me at T mobile lol . They were very professional and offered good advice/options to fit within what I was looking for. 👍🏼

Employees do not know how to work with Sprint system. Waited for an hour before leaving the store (was never helped). Visited 3 T-Mobile locations and it was the same issue at all 3 places. Poor training of the staff. Very frustrating afternoon trying to get assistance buying a new phone. 2 stars because it’s not the associates fault. Still waisted my time.

I transferred my line to T-mobil in this store. And Shenaly helped my about that. She was super kind and knowledgeable assistant. She is the best and professional in work.she thoroughly explained what needed to be than and was very honest and tried to give us affordable mobile service.

I've been to this store twice, and both times encountered Esther. She was a great help. The first time was back in August, when I switched to T-Mobile. The second time was just this past week. Fortunately, Esther was still there!

Horrible, place to get help. Went in to get a new phone, due too accidentally breaking my phone. I was not helped. I asked the sales person question and wouldn't answer. Not helpful and rude. Don't care about customers. So, I went to another T-Mobile up the street from the mall. Will never deal with this store.

This place is horrible and useless. I'm switching to ATT because TMobile has been the worst. And the store employees flat out refused to help me. They told me to call TMobile... while I'm standing here in the store. Horrible customer service.
