These guys are the absolute best. I've been bringing my cars here for over 30 years and would never go elsewhere. If anything isn't just right, they re-do it. It's a family run operation and it shows. JoAnn and Nick are the nicest people.

The name of this shop is misleading. We took our car there after an accident, as they were on State Farms preferred list. When we picked up the car it was making a very noticeable clanking sound. Also the exhaust was supposed to have been replaced as it was destroyed in the accident. We both noticed the pipe on the left did not match the old one on the right. The car look off balance With one side protruding. We took it back and had the shop manager ride in the car with us to demonstrate. At first he said he heard nothing, which I found disturbing as it was so clear. He eventually acknowledged the obvious sound and told me to leave the car again. The picked it up again and now the clanking was gone but the car was vibrating and had a sound far louder than it normally was. They had installed a new muffler on the right side as well as they said they didn't know what else to do. I asked that the car be sent to the dealer where they knew how to repair it, and was told no, their mechanic knew. This was a contradiction to their earlier statement that they send all the cars next door to Wondercar mechanics. Now we're told that never happened. I was entitled to have the car taken to the dealer and made the request before their third failed attempt at repairs. They estimated 2800 for the body work, exhaust pipe and parts and new fender. They then doubled that by ordering a second pipe after the fact. They facilitated all over the place as to what parts were ordered and what was or needed to be done. They contradicted each other, and their estimator flat out lied. They never checked alignment as I requested and they stated was standard procedure. They then said they never do that unless the car needs it and I asked how they determine that. No answer. They stated they never test drive. The just return cars to customers which aren't running right and aren't completed but claim they are. They were indignant and dishonest. Not to mention incompetent. They wasted hours and hours of our time and greatly complicated our lives, already reeling from an accident. The dealer has stated the work they did was not right. The car is now disproportionate. The mufflers don't match, the muffler is not the one that goes on the car, and were generally mortified by such unprofessional work. Go anywhere else. They are a nightmare.
