The staff is very unengaging and half the time aren't even there at night, it's supposed to be 24 hours.

Restrooms permanently closed with the excuse of Covid ! not friendly or helpful go somewhere else

We pulled in for gas this morning and pulled right back out. The female attendant was wiping down the pumps when we stopped. I asked if the restrooms (located outside in the back of the lot) were open. Without really looking at me, she snarled "there's a sign saying they're permanently closed." I asked if she knew where there were any open restrooms in the area. She said "no" and walked away. This station is a dump, and shouldn't have the Chevron logo on it. Since it is located off of State Route 99, it is obviously going to attract a lot of Southbound travelers. I suggest you bypass this station unless you enjoy dealing with closed restrooms and an angry, hostile attendant. Added after reading owner response: Other gas stations up and down 99 and I-5 had restrooms that were open, so Covid is just an excuse. Judging from all of the negative reviews, it appears you definitely have a problem with rude and uncaring employees. Instead of making excuses for them, maybe you should find and train higher quality people.

I drive out of my way to go to this Chevron. Because of their night worker Jessica. She always greets me with a wonderful good morning and a bright friendly attitude. Every time I go there she is always working by stocking shelves or cleaning. Jessica treats every customer with the same warm smile and professionalism that you cannot find anywhere else today. I wish I had my own company so I could hire her. I am so impressed and appreciate the positivity and kindness that I will not go anywhere else for gas but this Chevron. Jessica you have made me a life time customer. Thank you for all that you do and making the start of everyones day so happy and wonderful.

The morning person I think her name is Veronica has a very rude attitude towards customers. I asked for air for my tires and this lady tells me no because i haven’t gotten gas which wasn’t even true. i felt so uncomfortable i will never come back here

Do not come here. I witness one of the managers Ardy F behind the register screaming and cursing somebody over the phone. Also, the morning manager Veronica always seems to have an attitude every time I go for gas. No welcoming. No smiles. I’ll just take my money else where. I mean, who wants to pay 5 bucks for a Naked smoothie.

Woman working on 7/7/20 at 8:20am was very rude. I was trying to use the air pump, and before I even finished asking she cut me off with "it's out of service." How does she know what I was even going to say? Closest gas station to home will no longer be receiving my business.

The woman cashier that is working right now and was on shift last night around 2am deserves extreme recognition. My car ran out of gas and I had to buy a gas jug to start my vehicle again and I had no idea what I was doing. I was emotional, stressed, and confused and she went above and beyond for me. She took the time to come outside and help me figure out how to fill my gas and spent at least 30 minutes with me in the cold when she absolutely didn’t have to. I don’t think she will ever know how much her kindness meant to me and I have no idea what I would of done if she wasn’t there. Customer service such as that is rare and I will never forget it-I hope the owners of this location see this and know how lucky they are to have such a kind and helpful employee.

The night clerk that worked tonight around 10 pm has the WORST customer service! Always rude and has attitude towards me. She needs to be fired!
