Employee are very friendly and helpful. Easy access to get in and out. After taking over by a new owner, the station looks amazing and the car wash and store looks really good. Nice and clean and updated.

This happened today on Sunnymead ranch parkway and old lake drive at the ⛽️ SHELL GAS STATION. My husband went to the gas station and asked from outside the doors if he could “please have the air turned on to pump a tire.” The attendant said “No not until you put a mask 😷 on” he said, “I am outside your doors and will be outside.” She said “No leave!..go to another gas station.” Refusing him because she wanted him to wear a mask outside!

Sign says they're open 24/7 yet you can't access the inside to buy food. You're supposed to tell them what you want through a window in front. So basically you have to buy things blindly . They don't have a menu to give you . Just peaking through the window like a creep cause they're paranoid while their employees sit out front on the curb smoking cigs instead of doing their job.

If I can give it 0 Stars I would....I went to this place to buy snacks for my kids and a vape. They're Vapes cost $18.99 for a small one...... He was trying to ring it up it rang up twice as $13.99 he looked at it and then charged me $5 more... All I said was"oh wow you guys charge $18.99 for a vape?" And then the guy yelled at me so I got mad and yelled back! I never ever do this I never leave bad reviews I love to the positive reviews I love customer service and everything but this guy was very mean like very very mean!!!!!!! All I said was wow you guys charge 18 99 for a vape and then he yelled at me! WOW! I will never go here again for anything ever at all! And I'm leaving this review because I hope that all of you guys want ever go here for anything either! I do wish that I could leave zero Stars.
